I want to look more like the girl on the right

>What exercises can I do to achieve such a physique?
I know my hips won’t be that wide, but I still want to try. So far I have been doing:
>cardio on the treadmill (warmup and for heart health)
>abductor 3-4 sets of 12
>adductor 3-4 sets of 12
>leg press 3 sets of 6-12 depending on weight
>sumo squats 3 sets of 20
>lunges forward and backward 3 sets of 12
>glute bridges 3-4 sets of 20
I've been going consistently again for 2 weeks now. At least every other day. I alternate between the exercises, focusing on glutes one day and legs on the other.
What else can I do?

And what should I eat?
I have a hard time bulking and I am snacking on bananas, peanut butter and dark chocolate.
My typical breakfast is full fat greek yoghurt with honey, oats, banana and berries and 1 scoop of protein powder.
Lunch and dinner vary, but I try to include eggs or meat for protein. Typically I will drink 0.5l of full fat dairy milk per day (it’s yummy and for the calories).

That being said, there are tricks that skinny women have been using for ages. Try clothes that give a more feminine silhouette like fit and flare, princess-style, long skirts, sundresses, etc. Aim for elegant tiny white girl instead

      Unironically, buy a high quality (i.e. steel boned) corset, and start wearing it a couple hours a day to start. This can be worn under clothing and shouldn't be too obtrusive (breathing will suck sometimes but youll get used to it.) Eventually work your way toward a max of 12 hours a day. After a year, You will see better results with this than you ever would trying to achieve those proportions via working out. That being said, work out your ass and lower body too.

    Honestly your program isn't bad. I'd recommend simplifying it down, focus on a couple of progression lifts while leaving the others as accessories. You'll want a high volume / high rep range bodybuilding style program for muscle growth in the areas you want. Focus on sleeping and eating enough or your training won't do shit. Also add progressive overload via weights for all your lifts, you won't turn into a moid don't worry.

        Meant as a focus of your intensity going into the gym. If you try to do everything all at once you'll burn out. It might be simpler to split your regime so you do fewer exercises in a given gym session (3-5 lifts + cardio) but each set is more intense. Can try that for like 4-6 weeks and see how it fits. Your rep range of 3-4 sets of 8-12 is good for what you want, use whatever weight you can manage that so it feels hard. Just be sure to increase the weight over time, can add like 5% every two weeks to start with. Barbell hip thrusts will be your new best friend, do them multiple times a week.

        As for food, drinking your calories is always easier than eating them, and oil/fat is much more calorie dense than either carbs or protein. Don't overcomplicate it if you're struggling to get calories down. Buy protein powder and use a calorie counting app.

          that’s something that really sucks about my gym. They have a "ladies room" for the women so that they don’t get stared at so much and that’s where all the hip thrust machines are.                 if you want my advice though it would be to follow workout plans made by women specifically for growing your glutes. as long as you focus glutes over quads and keep a good fat layer over everything you shouldnt get too manly. literally just look up science based glute routine on youtube and there are endless videos to help you. i would worry about following advice from men because men want big quads which leads to a more masculine figure, you want some quads because the top will make your hips look wider but you dont want them to be really bulky especially toward the knee as that makes you look more square, so youll have to figure out what is a good place for you to stop progressing when you get more of the figure you want. can you stop being such a baby now?

      You already do have wide hips. It will be tough to build muscle on HRT as other anons have suggested, but compounds (squats) are a natural lifters best friend.

      Squats then hip extensions, mighg be tough for you, but it's what all of the gay men here do.

              I know that this is not the average. I grew up with a twin sister. But looking like the average woman isn't really enough for a trans feminine person like me. I have to make up for my lack of breasts and my not-so-feminine face. So my body has to be more feminine to compensate.       probably not away from failure, but 12 usually means I cannot do another rep on the last set. If I feel like I have 3 more reps in me during a set, I do them. Always close to failure on the last set and rep.

                My dude, the reality here is that I am trans and trying hard to be feminine and working out to achieve that. We have different goals but we share an interest (working out). We could be productive here, yet you are annoying the hell out of me and wasting your own time, because you see your political beliefs as an objective truth and don't like how I live my life.         As long as you're recovering on time between workouts and making progress over time then everything you've described is perfect.

      I think that looks fine. Already. It's all about the hips to waist ratio. The fat distribution on your thighs makes you look feminine also. Idk what to tell you. Maybe thicken up your legs a bit more but keep the same body fat percentage.

        Yeah one of my redeeming qualities is that my mom and sis have big thighs and I probably got that gene too. People tell me my hips are okay, but I feel different about it because my mom's and sister's are wider and I wish mine were too. I wish I had A cups at least, so I am trying to gain some weight. Drinking more of the full fat milk should easily do the trick, no? It’s protein and calories

              I see. As far as exercises go I'd say build your quads, hamstrings and glutes but don't go overboard. And just find clothes that help exaggerate your hips to waist ratio and tops for wide shoulders (I'm sure you can find videos titled:what to wear if you have wide shoulders)

                you dont have wide shoulders you have narrow hips wearing things that are low waisted rather than high waisted will draw more attention to your waist and hips and can balance the hips and shoulders its especially helpful if its something like sweats that add a bit of bulk to hips making them look even wider

                youtube thumbnail but this illustrates what i feel high vs low waist does for me. high waisted pants give me a weird long crotch and actually hide my hip to waist ratio rather than accentuate it. it does depend on your body type, but play around with it. for example i do not like low waist skirts unless theyre long, for a short skirt i like a high waisted flared option but for pants its low waist all the way.

                after looking at your pic again maybe mid rise would be best for your torso length. the hem of those shorts also does put emphasis on the widest part of your thighs which is a good look for your body type.

                I think you might be right! I painted over the pic of me and the high waist pants killed my hips, the low waist pants accentuated my hips but made my torso long and the mid-rise struck a nice balance honestly. I'll give mid-rise a try and show off some belly button during the summer! :p

                I've seen videos for men how they tailor their shirts to give them a more profound v taper. Maybe there is a feminine version of this. If you can master that then you're set

      My mother has bigger arms than that because she spends all day deadlifting dogs as a vet tech. Focus on getting more defined legs and glutes, then couple it with feminine clothing and long hair. Despite what gets said the vast majority of people only use cultural markers of clothing and hair length for determining a person's gender.

          hair growth is really dependent on protein and vitamin intake just like nail growth, so make sure you're getting at least 1g of protein per kg of body weight and take a daily multi vitamin to supplement deficiencies that the vast majority of people have
