      Eat at around a 1000kcal deficit for those 30 days while still lifting. You'll look much better at the end of those 30 days than if you just dropped weights and cardiomaxxed

        4 kilos (or 8.8 lbs) in a month is so fricking easy, you don't even have to fast for that shit.

        I'll do the math in American:
        1 lb = 3,500 calories
        3,500 x 8.8 = 30,800
        30,800 / 30 = 1,026.6

        So you need to, on average, be on a 1,026.6 calorie daily deficit. Or if it's easier for you, you can do ADF: 1 day fast 1 day normal 2k calorie day.

    Once you have muscle it's easy as shit just don't go too low on carbs or you'll lose muscle and eat like 1500 before lifting to still get gains.

    1 kilo per week is perfectly doable but hard.
    You're gonna need to do two workouts per day where you burn 500 calories in each, if you can manage then you'll be fine or you need to walk for 2-3 hours every day to burn roughly the same calories.
    Don't stop lifting though and make sure you eat a lot of protein to ensure you lose only bodyfat.
    You can do a 30-40 minute weight routine to burn about 200-300 calories and 20 minutes hit cardio to burn another 200 calories and on the second routine of the day you can walk, do hit cardio, regular cardio, whatever you like.

    Yeah, basically. Just walk, walk all day. Running burns more fat, but you can't run all day, so walking is better in this case. We're looking at half a marathon every day.
