      I can't even do one push up, let alone in good form, let alone 20 in good form. Frankly, I can't do any exercises in good form because I've never really done any.

      You don't lose weight by exercising, you lost it by eating less.

      You can burn calories via excercising. I'm trying to eat less, but I often struggle to eat less than 1600 calories a day.
      As I said, I'm totally out of shape. I have no stamina and my body is pretty weak. Exercise would, ideally, fix these problems, in the long term.

    If you can’t do a single normal push up, do them with your knees on the ground. Watch your form and switch to actual push-ups as soon as possible.

    Most important exercise is fork putdowns.
    If you cant do normal push ups, start on you knees and work up to normal ones.
    Bodyweight squats and planks
    Go for a run or walk, i dont care which of the two but move more

    when you're doing the fork ups, skip the concentric and go straight to the eccentric
