I want to lose weight and body fat. Someone give me a relatively-easy and effective exercise that even a totally out of shape moron like me can do RIGHT NOW in my timy, cramped room.
I can't even do one push up, let alone in good form, let alone 20 in good form. Frankly, I can't do any exercises in good form because I've never really done any.

If you cant do normal push ups, start on you knees and work up to normal ones.
Bodyweight squats and planks
Go for a run or walk, i dont care which of the two but move more
Push ups at least 20 with good form
Sqats at least 50

Try doing 1,2,3 until youll eventually git good, it shouldnt take you more than 2 weeks to archieve 10
