      yes.

      go as heavy as possible for 25 reps

      by rep 25 you should be smoked

      do 4 sets

      for a total of 100

      30 seconds rest between each set

      i do them at 75 lbs

      do not roll your shoulders. its just an up down motion. like your acromion touching your ears.

      chest out back straight

    Shrugs are a redundant exercise. If you have a decent program, your upper traps are likely being overworked already. Opt instead for a fat grip/axel bar shrug that will primarily tax your forearms.

    Just do proper deadlifts - i.e. heavy - and your traps and everything else will grow. Spend the time to learn how to do the big heavy compound lifts with good form for decent volume and you will grow.
