I wish I never got into lifting

I think I might unironically have body dysmorphia now. Even with the progress I've made I don't think I'll ever be happy, I never cared about this stuff before

my body dismorphia is weird, i think others dont look that great but me who looks 1/10 as good I think I'm the shit and look amazing. Narcissism defeats body dismorphia btw.

Narcissism was a male trait before women hijacked it.

I know man, I feel fat even though my abs are clearly visible and everyone keeps telling me to eat more and complimenting how lean I look. If I had a few IQ points less, I'd probably develop anorexia, but I'm not moronic so I can rationalize the feelings away

If you are better than you were yesterday you should be happy with that.

    Nobody gets a 100

Look and check your metrics, if you are in the top 10% why the frick are you worried, you’re better than 90% of people.

At the end of the day confidence is the most important stat, you made gains by destroying your confidence and convincing yourself you had to earn it. You probably already did, so stop being a whiny homosexual it makes you look like bottom 10%

Bodybuilding and dilating are both traits of autistic men, with one link: you do them for life once you've started, or you lose everything. I don't want to lose it all bros. I just wanted to look good. Can I ever stop?

Ifit is something you do every day anyway why not take a one year long course and become a proffessional, add it to your resume and earn some extra cash.?

you need to address the root of your problem
getting stronger, and daily physical activity are not the symptom
    they are helping you,
    short term and long term

    the root of your problem
    is your self-worth and esteem
you need to learn to love yourself

you need to read the words of Jesus Christ
in the book of matthew mark luke and john

    your life has value
    it has meaning
    it is important

You must not obsess with the result. The result is what simply points you in the right direction. If you keep thinking of the result, you'll always be disappointed by where you are now. That disappointment leads to lack of motivation. Remember why you started. Remember where you came from but don't dawdle on it. You will remember loving the process once more.
