What else?
Also, I started working last month and I need tips on how to save money and investing.
I have a pretty busy schedule (workout 3 days a week like you, but my job is also pretty physical) and I’m running Super Squats for that reason. Some anon recommended it to me and it really seems like it’s the premiere no bullshit routine.
Built around 1 set of 20 squats, only rule is you can’t rerack during the set and should be doing weight that you can do 10 of comfortably. Pretty hellish but it stimulates growth throughout your whole body. Book says you can gain 20 pounds of muscle in 6 weeks but I don’t believe it, but the program its self is hard to beat.
why does he still look so weak and frail despite clearly having a pretty good physique?
Thin neck, the fact that his biceps mog the rest of his physique, blue lips due to being a vegan for years and years
He was on cycle for some time, that's the only reason he has some muscularity

What's the difference? I'm doing SS until I get into intermediate level and then I'll jump to Wendler 531

Also should be adding 5-10 pounds to your squat every workout
Ever heard Boring but Big? That seems like the same logic

Is it just me or does he kinda look like brown Terry Davis?
He looks like the fricking hulk, and I'm not talking about his muscles.
