    You can. I have lost weight eating nothing but pizza and protein shakes before (also 20 cups of coffee daily). Wasn't even trying to lose weight back then.

    you could but macdonalds and other junk food is meant to be addictive. So you'll start craving more and more and food addiction is hard to beat. also calories aren't at first the problem, that would be all the sugars/sodium/fats contained in the food that will destroy your organs

    also, that much sodium isn't good for you and means you'll retain more water than you should

      there is no such thing as "nutrition". do mcdonald's burgers have protein, carbohydrates, fat? sure. do they have too much sodium? also yes.

      the problem is really what they don't have - fiber and water. your body needs those things to feel full and for your digestive system to work as intended. that is why people who eat fast food turn into fat fricks without exception.
