>That's the only way you get any fricking responses on this shithole board.
Wrong. It's the quality of question being asked that's the problem. The entitlement. The kid isn't special, he's not going to get everything spoonfed to him. There's a fricking sticky right there on top of the page for a reason -- and of course he was too goddamn lazy to read it, so frick him. He can follow some tiktok bs and burn himself out in 2 weeks.
>wife used to send me these sort of pictures >She gained 20lbs and it looks great on her >But she thinks she's fat and doesn't try to be sexual for me anymore
I can't win, bros
I used to but really anymore since Tyrese came into our lives and came into her as well. I may not get pictures anymore but at least I'm a proud dad now

If I ever buy this website I am going to find where you live and personally give you the sex reassignment surgery you want, troonny
I don't think it even matters tbh, so many people ask these types of questions, me included, but so long as you're working every muscle multiple times a week, consistently over the years, and pushing yourself. Then the exact number of days doesn't matter, the Reps/Sets will change sometimes on the daily.
With the deadlift specifically, I personally switch between repping out as much heavy weigh as I can, as many times as I can, to 1 rep maxing every work out, to doing top sets followed by reps/sets. And slowly but surely my Deadlift increases.
Just make sure you're really pushing yourself, consistently, and working every muscle multiple times weekly, and you'll be good.
You should

At least his question is IST related. Have you seen the dumpster fire of threads that make up MINIMUM 50% of the board at any given time?

Tell that b***h to lose weight then.
Another victim of the marriage meme. Why, with all the free info out there, are this moronic in current year?
Why would your wife, who you sleep with, send you this stuff rather than just showing you in person each morning? You do sleep with your wife, right?
