I did pull-ups+dips+push up variations and my growth has been minimal in about 4 months or so. Back feels a bit bigger tho
I have no clue how many days a week I do pull ups, maybe 2 or sometimes 3. Some weeks I done none because I'm very busy in the afternoon. I do as many as I can per set (total of 3 sets) and I've gone from 4ish to 9 in two months. I'm still tiny but at least I can notice my muscles, so
I'm happy with that since I'm not putting any effort, discipline or consistency at all. And I think I lost some fat
