      you don't need to. different people have different body proportions. For someone with long hands and short legs, it will be extremely easy. for others, it might be impossible.
      The problem is if you can't reach the point that you could in the past. Then your muscles are tight and you need to stretch them

      Same. I'm also unable to do a full squat wo losing balance or heels raising completely, standing on toes for as long as I can remember.

      Stretching doesn't even help, since I can't get to the "basic" stretch and when I do, it's nausea inducing pain, that doesn't reduce in time.

    I am very close to being able to do it. I can put my whole clenched fists on the floor. I don't really stretch for it, just do rdls 2x/week.
