Whites domesticated cows and invented farming. They can digest milk. Same with asians.

Africans couldnt invent the wheel or discover fire.

I wonder, if you can't drink milk because you don't have enough lactase enzyme, could you build up a tolerance? Or if you drink milk from childhood and never stop would you always be able to drink milk?
Also I think Mongolians drink a lot of milk don't they?

They don't. They consume cheese which has way less lactose than milk but they're still mostly lactose intolerant.

    >this fricking thread

Pretty much all humans can drink milk. Lactose intolerance only happens with Holstein milk, which has a different lactose molecule. But guess what? That's the most popular milk nowadays because Holstein cows produce so much milk. Find a lactose intolerant individual and they can drink goat milk or milk from any cow but a Holstein. Hell, you seem to think lactose intolerant individuals can't digest milk products. They can, they just fart a lot if they do.

Also, goat cheese is superior to cow cheese, I'll fight you over it.

      Enantiomer?
Isn't lactose devoid of chirality, though?

It's actually more complicated than that, it's thought that Casein is the actual culprit, not lactose:

And considering most "lactose intolerant" people can drink A2 milk just fine, I'd say it's definitely a plausible theory.

I switched to A2 milk and I love it.
I do think it’s the casein, as when I have a casein protein shake I spend the next couple of hours farting it out, but not from whey isolate.

i hate how people call it lactose intolerance. It's LactASE PERSISTENCE. Every human child can digest lactose. Every human adult loses Lactase expression with age. How old you are when you lose enough of it that lactOSE becomes a digestive issue is variable, but depends on whether you are nordic, or from a nomadic background.

Arabs, Mongols, and Scandinavians have the highest ages of lactASE persistence, and even they tend to lose it at that age 50-60 (but then again everything starts going to shit at that age). It's a pretty fascinating model of genetic adaptation to study really.

Lactose intolerance is literally made up. They've tested in clinical settings with giving black people a small (1-2 fl oz) of milk with a meal and by week 3, just 3 weeks, they're 60% more tolerant to lactose. What people do is that they don't consume dairy for years, then they try drink half a gallon of eat and then surprise surprise they get the shits. I've fixed my lactose intolerance doing exactly this. Took me a month to work up to half a gallon. No gas, no bloat.
