    Goat's butter for me. I mostly use olive oil for cooking (pasta, rice etc) but cow's butter is alright too. Then my grandfather cooked up some grilled cheese sandwiches with goat's butter for the first time and it was the best fucking thing I've ever in recent memory

        Has that distinct "goat milk" flavor to it, but it's not overpowering at all. It melts easier, and is simultaneously saltier and sweeter at the same time. I don't know how well it'd pair with nut butters but spread it on bread with some garlic granules and throw it on a pan and that shit tastes divine
