Enough mass to look aesthetic when lean. But if you wanna put on more mass you'd run the risk of developing a gut and then you'd have to cut more anyway. Just get the sixpack.

But no real point to really "bulk" heavy beyond this if natty. Unless your goal really is to have shredded abs but you are going to take a big performance hit to maintain them. I would rather continue to see my numbers go up than see my body shrink.
I would just fix the diet first and the body will naturally recomp to be leaner. He looks fluffy and soft because he eats a modern diet. The last thing I'd do is either cut or bulk on the same foods he's already eating which is what most tards in this scene do.

First thing i would do if i had this physique is spend a day carefully planning a 2000 calorie diet to use as a basineline to determine my TDE and responses to certain foods. Then, i would load up a barbell with as much weight as possible and kill myself by dropping it on my skull.
