      come on op be realistic.

Last two years have been eye opening for me, I'm in my early 30's, have been taking things at my own pace. Met a 19 year old and dated, but she was a psycho. However she was the only person who helped me realize my good qualities, despite years of shit. After we broke up I just started fucking. I have 3 consistent FWBs - I do not own a car and live with my mother. One drives an hour to see me, we fuck pretty much constantly when we see each other, go to events, etc. First 24 hours of installing tinder I had 3 girls calling me daddy and double-booked myself. I pay for very little, they share their weed, have just fed me while we hung out. I do not work, and yet they're all over me. I do not want a relationship and they're okay with that. You can make it at nearly any time, however I look good and am pretty fun to be around. You can get by too, just relax.

Do not rush into relationships when you haven't fucked much, there's a decent chance she has even if she wasn't a whore and you'll just get angry about shit that nobody else cares about. Most guys are completely fucking awful at sex regardless of their dick size. You can do this at nearly any age. Do not take rejection personally, if she wasn't cool with anything before then it would never work and you wouldn't enjoy it if you met. There are plenty of women around, you have no reason to worry about one not being into it.

Just take the fucking stick out of your ass and meet people.

Also as far as the size queen memes go, the worst culprits have been mtf chuds and twinks. Nobody else fucking cares that much. Unless you're micro you can generally make it work.

Tbh ISTs idea of attractive and what women like is fairly different. Dad bod doesn't mean obese and out of shape. Picrel is what they mean, and the amount of body fat can be a lot more if you can still make out that there's muscles there.

Some girls will only fuck shredded guys, and that's fine. I will never be that and have no intention on it, and I do okay.

If you think 20 year olds aren't banging 30 year olds you're a fucking idiot and your ex lied to you lmao

            literally wrong on all counts
            >after you turn 22, 90% of college-age women filter you out of their Tinder swipe age range
            >once you're too old to match with or meet girls under 22, you're stuck going on dates and having to qualify yourself with money and status because all girls older than their early 20s have grown out of their hoe phases where they would just come over to fuck, and also have all the emotional baggage from their teenage love trainwreck relationships and they only want to date 'seriously' because they all have careers now and want a guy with everything
            >women your age look like complete shit
            >all young women who want you all have daddy issues and mental illnesses and are seeking a male figure in their lives through a sexual partner because their own fathers left or divorced
I'm 25 and it's fucking brutal man, it's unironically the worst time to try to actually date you get stuck being rejected by every relationship-minded girl because they all refuse to settle for anything less than literal model billionaire surgeons. If you meet younger girls they all call you old, you have nothing in common and they only ever want to hook up and will all callously ghost you or dump you at the drop of the hat or gaslight you and deliberately treat you like complete shit because they have all the options and they are enjoying their prime and if you get played you feel like a retard because someone 5-7 years younger than you decided to reinstall Tinder and delete you from her memory forever because she got bored one weekend.
Even if you become a billionaire or celebrity or CEO your dating life is over, the only women you will ever attract post-success are there for your money or status and you will never meet someone with whom you can have a genuine connection and who will grow with you.

The only people who win at dating met in school, were each other's first and only sexual partners, bonded early, got married early and had kids early.

cope and a half, most of the women ive hooked up with are 18-22. But it doesnt help that most guys treat their bodies like shit and age poorly.

According to Hinge, something like 10% of male users get 30% of matches. Hinge is generally believed to have a 3:1 male:female ratio as well.

So, imagine 30 men and 10 women. There are only 10 possible matches. The top 3 guys (80-90% of which is their looks) each take 1, leaving 27 guys to compete for the remaining 7. That's online dating.

          Don't remain a loser. See

Fuck you, you pessimistic loser. I did this at 23 while living with insomnia for a year having fully accepted I would blow my brains out at 25 at the latest if I didn't get better. Yeah I'm still pretty small but I love cardio and this is making it for me.

. If I can do it you can do it too. Maybe it is true that some people here, maybe even most people, want you to remain a loser, but just know that I want you to succeed. Starting is the hardest part. If you can take the first steps and get the momentum going it will soon come easily. Don't do what I did from 18-22 and just focus on university / work and kind of cruise through life in all other aspects, always complaining to myself that I was out of shape or didn't have a girlfriend and not doing anything about it. There is enough time in your life for your work, fitness, relationships, travel and a couple hobbies. It can be done, do not put off your goals any longer. Any time you have wasted already you will never get back, but you do not need to waste any more time. You are still young and you can still be fit and socially confident for most of your twenties. Only you can make this change. No one else is going to help you on this journey, it is entirely your responsibility. Start right now. Every day you put this off is just more time wasted. You will never get this chance again. And use your wasted time as motivation to keep working towards your goals and to never, ever take your foot off the gas. Other people are ahead of you right now but they don't have that motivation, they are just crusing along in 2nd gear. If you start now and get up to 5th gear you will not only catch up but pass them in a few years. Good luck.

You LOOK alot healthier so im curious what other benefits youve felt

          Anonymous

Much, much better physically and mentally. For me the ultimate feeling is the runner's high I get every time I play soccer now, especially when you see everyone else panting and wheezing. Mentally there is of course an improvement, I am so much more confident knowing I almost always have one of the best physiques in the room, but I still haven't gotten any pussy yet so I still feel pretty underdeveloped and inadequate sometimes. My game is terrible but it is improving, you kind of have to look at it in the same way you look at working out. After a few months and a few attempts you do get better, but getting ghosted still hurts. I've never been a casual sex kind of guy (not that I could have got it before anyway) but at this point if I get rejected by this girl I've been talking to for a few weeks now then I'll just get on the apps and fuck a couple of college chicks, and it's nice knowing that I do genuinely have that as an option now.

I cannot overstate the benefits of this transformation. Knowing that I am capable of doing this and knowing that I'm packing this physique just makes everything else seem so much easier. I don't really stress that much about things anymore because I know if I really want it I can just put my mind to it and make it happen. There are still sad times for sure, especially when I've been chatting to a girl for a while and I get really invested but it goes nowhere. It can be a real kick in the teeth to come so far and feel like you're still falling short, but there are plenty of other girls out there, plenty of other opportunities and I really do feel like my current state, physically and mentally, does open the door to all of this opportunities. People treat me differently. Friends, strangers, retail workers, they're a lot more friendly, they give me compliments and they seem genuinely happy to see me. It's not just the body but also the loss of facial fat and the way I carry myself now. It is incredible.

Genetics is a major cope because if youre not literally a 0.01% outlier you can look decently fit with enough time and effort. Everyone who complains about genetics hasnt even come close to hitting their genetic potential.

Btw the "pear" genetics people complain about isnt genetics at all, its an anterior slouch caused by weak traps and lats, which are caused by a sedentary lifestyle and sitting down a lot, and can be corrected by training those areas.

It’s a very American thing, people like me are outcasts because I’m a minimalist, I bartend (great for quick money and meeting sluts), and I’ve driven the same car for the last 6 years. Everyone says “you need a new car, you need to finish college, you need to buy land and a house” (in this market lmao). My response is always polite “yeah your right I tell them, I suck and need to do better”.

When in reality I think fuck you fuck yoh and fuck you to all their shitty wage slaving Suggestions. That’s where it comes from by the way it comes from wage sleeving cuck culture. Personally I love living below my means I love having money in the bank I love not worrying about if I’m gonna get fired from a job because of the safety cushion of fat stacks in the bank. Which implies I don’t have to kiss any of my bosses asses. It also gives you freedom and mobility which in-turn gives you an abundance mindset which leads you to not worry about losing friends or losing girlfriends because these things are easily replaceable if you set your life up right.

Wash off that slave veneer and live a free life! If you die, well it’s over hopefully you had a good time.

JK Rowling? Fuck writing books she should've written Harry Potter before 25

The funny thing is you're probably 20 or 21 and you've recently graduated from your computer science degree and you think you're now a 'high value male'

You will then post another frog and make an incel thread about why women won't have sex with you.

This. Your goals are small because you are a small person. I'm 23 and my goals are so large that it's impossible for me to make it before at least 35, which is still 10 years before the prime of a man's life historically.

is the absolute opposite, anon. if you have to start from 18 yo until your 25 it was already over for you.

I spend my 20's doing kid/teen things, i playing videogames, doing bike tricks in the park, goin to parties, dating women my age. then i start traveling (i just sell my things and went to other countries in a tight budget), doing stupid things, meeting people, learning. when i realized i was 26, i spend 2 years of my life, learning usefull skills or mastering the ones i already had and use them to make money, that became my main income source. When i hit 28, i decided to start lifting, because i wanst a kid, i was a man andd i need to maintain consistency, effort and discipline, im not that jacked because i started a few months ago but people is starting to notice the changes on my so that make me happy and make me want to continue this path.

I respect dudes who start lifting earlier in their lifes but is kinda sad that bodybuilding became your priority and you lack social skills or have 0 good memories, because goin to a party and having to remove your shirt to fuck a fat blonde girl that smells isnt living the best moments of your life. just be a young man and enjoy your life instead of trying to make older men feel bad about themself.

So you'd call Brad Pitt a failure at life because he didn't land major film roles before 25?
Morgan Freeman? Samuel L Jackson? Gee what cringe bro it they should've given up in their 20s they were never going to be major celebrities later in life.
JK Rowling? Fuck writing books she should've written Harry Potter before 25

The funny thing is you're probably 20 or 21 and you've recently graduated from your computer science degree and you think you're now a 'high value male'

You will then post another frog and make an incel thread about why women won't have sex with you.

I feel like the people who create those things are always projecting their asses off. It's always a mixture of oddly specific things mixed with extreme generalities.

"His highschool crush once threw a paintbrush at him during P.E. class"
      "Eats food loudly"
      "Breathes air"

        >y-you're projecting
This is what you tell me when you say those words.
        >"You have described me so accurately that I do not want to admit how perceptive you are. The only way I can rationalise this in my mind is to insinuate that it is you who holds these qualities."
Narcissists like you, often believe themselves to be immune to psychoanalysis, some kind of enigma. They smirk and reply with things like,
        >"nobody can really tell what I'm thinking"
and the thing is they're wrong. I can.
When you strip away all their bullshit they feel raw, exposed and vulnerable, they feel embarrassed and they don't feel special anymore when you tell them what they're thinking and you're right.
So they deny and deflect, like a child having a tantrum because he found out Santa Claus isn't real and the delicate fabric of the imaginary world he built for himself has been ripped apart.

You're not as smart as you think you are, and I can see right through you.

You're not wrong about most of your post but I think you might actually be being too generous with this part. More likely he's some projecting/self-flagellating loser who not only hasn't made it (whatever definition of "making it" he's operating under) and more importantly doesn't want anyone else (meaning: YOU the reader, whoever you are) to make it either.
Whatever the case may be, these people are pathetic and should unironically be rounded up and killed.

How does one "make it"? When I was 20 I had all these dreams that I'd never taken the time to examine. I was going to be an aerodynamicists - but never thought about the fact this would mean studying abroad and working in a city. In fact, most fancy careers would require working in a city.

I live in the same tiny village in the forest where I grew up in. It's the only place that feels right. At 32 I want nothing more than a part time job in the convenience store the next town over. I envision waking up at a reasonable hour, taking my bicycle instead of the car, and biking over to work 3-4 hous, arrange the hot dogs in the fryinger basket and shoot the breeze with the nice old lady who runs the place "Can you beieve this weather we're having?!" and doing my groceries at the end of my shift and going back home to spend the rest of the day doing whatever I feel like.

But mom's worried I'd lose my NEETbux.

Men go through four archetypal stages of development. First as lover, then as warrior, then king, and finally wizard. You are 25. Your time as a lover has waned, it is nothing more than a bittersweet memory to either comfort or haunt you. Develop your craft and do battle, whatever that means for you. Your success here will determine your reward when you are of the age of kings.

Yes and no. Some men age like dogshit, especially the guys who drink and don't exercise (most of them). Women know what a good catch is, and for a guy to still be single at 35 indicates he is not a catch, no matter how well he ages. Let's not forget that even if a man ages well that he still gets to only choose among the partners that are still available by the time he hits 35, which are slim fucking pickings.

I don’t know about the “I still got this” attitude but if you’re over 30 realistically your chances of being with someone who’s <27ish are pretty low unless you go to a third world country. But realistically there’s nothing stopping you from being with someone who’s in their low 30s. I know guys who met their partners around the age of 33 and it’s been fine. I’m 32 and I don’t think there’s anything chronically wrong with me. My own father met my mother when he was 32. I do agree that the number of candidates begin to diminish at this age and things do become more difficult but I think it’s more due to statistics vs something being wrong with the person. Don’t get me wrong, there are definitely those cases too but it’s not necessarily the case.

The 35-44 2006-16 change and 45-54 in 2016 men tell a different story.

Eyeballing it, 10-20% of never married in their 30s men get married by their mid 40s. If it's a priority for someone, the odds are stacked against a 30-something man - so you should absolutely not tell them to hold out for a princess. The longer they wait, the more they settle in terms of beauty and baggage, possibly never raising their own children.

I will agree to this as a general warning to the young fellas in here. If marriage and children are a priority for you you should do it early. Just make sure you’re marrying the right person

The never married 35-44 men in 2006 age into 45-54 in 2016, and the vast majority of them didn't get married. Some, of course, are homosexuals - which makes the odds even worse for straight guys.

Sounds like a good match for the fatties, uggos, DYELs and mentally damaged men who make up a lot of this board's users then. So what's the problem?

        Anonymous

They would rather die alone than marry each other - at least in the professional-class millieu, what's left at 30 are incels and girlbosses. Deprogramming men and women into liking each other again, would require massive intervention.

A fatwa against online dating and social media would probably be necessary; as well as straight-up arranged marriages.

      >This but unironically. All the good women are married, leaving you with fatties, uggos, single moms, and generally damaged women.
What the fuck even is this point, you can always marry an 18 year old.

There is no fucking reason to look back. The past is done. Even if you missed on teenage love and being a chad in your teens. You can't change it. Even if you aren't 18 anymore or even in your late 20s or 30s. You still have time to make it. What you don't have time for is to spend even a single second looking back with regret

    >if you haven’t made it by 25-26 at most it’s over.
is the absolute opposite, anon. if you have to start from 18 yo until your 25 it was already over for you.

I never made it in my entire life.
I was a loser in high school.
Being a loser in high school led me to being a loser in college.
Being a loser in college led me to starting my life at 22 being a complete loser.
Being a loser in life led me to severe anxiety, severe depression, misery, nonexistent self-confidence, complete anhedonia throughout my 20s. I accomplished nothing. No goals, no ambitions, no skills, not a single accomplishment to speak of in any avenue of life throughout the entire decade.

I am now 30 and from the moment I wake up until the moment I go to sleep, all I think about is suicide. Suicide suicide suicide every minute of every day. Even if I was to somehow go to therapy, get on meds, be happy for the first time in my life, all I would think about is how I never made it, the wasted teens, the wasted college years, the wasted 20s, and I would still be completely miserable and despondent.

I don't know how some people, if they are in the thread or not, who didn't make it by their mid 20s or even 30, have been able to get the ambition and motivation to completely flip things around when you wasted all the best years of your lives, to be able to forget about the wasted decades. I commend you for that.

this is the gayest shit I might’ve ever read. What sounds better to you, being happy and enjoying the present or being a miserable bastard and bemoaning the past. And let’s be honest if you were going to kill tousled you already would’ve so you’re not going to, get that idea out of your head. So either choose to be miserable until the end of your natural days or choose to change things and enjoy yourself.

Believe it or not but being a loser usually has very little to do with how depressed or suicidal you are. People who have everything are very depressed and commit suicide, meanwhile plenty of housebound obese people or NEETs anyway are completely fine. Obviously being a NEET you will find it harder to retain friends and gain respect but doable. I appreciate you are depressed and suicidal but it's not completely for the reasons you think it is.

I turned it around pretty drastically at around 25 out of extreme fear of being in the same position when I'm 30. It worked exceedingly well for a few years but then things started collapsing around me again. Sad because everything really did look like I was in the clear. Life just has a way of taking everything away from you even if you're doing it right.

Maybe 25 was too late to try and create a solid foundation that wouldn't topple. 18 then? 12? I dunno

27 and a half here. Ive been working out for a decade now but im in the best shape of my life. Whenever I see old friends, theyre alway blown away by how big I am. My mom loves to introduce me to her friends because she is proud of me.

Career wise, I havent made it. I wasted most of my 20s doing a shit trade and decided to go to school for something more lucrative. I figured it was now or never. Sucked taking a step back and being a student but Im hoping it will pay off in the long run.

I cant believe people think there is an age where one cannot grow anymore, let alone fucking 23 kek. Most people I know barely have their shit figured out at 27-28. Thats just the way shit is. Even the people who do are miserable.

Lmao dude that is when life got way better for me. My teens were alright but lacked the sex I craved and the money to fulfill my goals. I became a bartender around 23 (I’m mid 20s) and that is when I started getting laid consistently. My current gf is 19 and I throughly enjoy pounding her young tight hole. When I was that age all the girls were dating a 30 yo boyo with a big truck or some fem boy twink and I got scraps.

Now I really don’t care about muh career and suckscess.

    >In other words a boring life denying career with a dick head gay boss, likely a bitch wife at home. Less or No sex ofc (anyone who’s ever been in an ltr knows what I’m talking about).
    >oh and the whiny needy brats that everyone dreams of bringing into this shitty modern environment. $$$$ down the drain.
    >overpriced house and car that wifey poo has demanded you be successful to afford. And you will show up on time every day to afford it! If not she’ll take you to court and you’ll be showing up on time whether you like it or not.

As a drink slinger (which is considered a loser career by boomers and family) I have slain way more young sloots than most bodybuilding looksmax obsessed retards could even fathom. I lift ofc but I also smoke weed with sloots and drink when the occasion arises. I make decent money (as much as a tradie without life denying manual labor) in tips, and since my industry is a revolving door I quit whenever I get burnt out and need a break and then go apply to a new gig with a buffed up resume once I feel like I’ve relaxed enough.

    >your delusional if you think it’s over, the bar manager at my old job was 42, bald, bartender. Yet he was mogmaxxed with a big beard and had a house. He was pulling 20 yo sloots that worked with us and pounding them one after another. TikTok has fooled you into thinking it’s over after 20-25 when that’s just the beginning lol
