    Honestly yes, compound lifts will not deliver mass or size they recruit way too many muscle groups to properly accumulate hypertrophy in any one specific area. If your goals are strength & injury then go for it. However if you are looking to be a mass monster than switch to isometrics.

        I didn't watch the video both exercises recruit too many muscle groups to properly focus on the size your looking for, but I suppose if your looking for massive glutes though go for it. There's better workouts for that with less injury prone.

    I stopped doing DL and switched to RDL because I was progressing too fast and didn't want to pay for more plates. I kind of miss it though.

    Yeah fuck squats and deadlifts. I mean do them if you enjoy them, but really easy to fuck yourself up longer term. Just fucking do leg presses and lateral pull downs and you're dandy.
