If you were fairly lean at 162lb and 5'8" you would be fairly jacked. I guess this is not the case since you're not very strong.

      This.

OP, how long have you been lifting for? I'm guessing it hasn't been a very long time. Real progress takes a very long time, don't listen to the liars who say they bench 3pl8 after just 2 years
All you gotta do is keep eating right, keep lifting and keep pushing yourself brah. Even if it means just getting that 1 more rep, do that consistently and it will become 2 more reps. Then 3. Then add more weight. Just be patient brah you'll make it

How often do you train? Try not to over do it, never 2 days in a row. Are you really pushing the lifts? are you sleeping ok? When you try and eat more, is it just junk? Try to eat 6 farm fresh eggs a day and maybe 2 big grass fed steaks a week.

lol wrong. I’m 5’8 145 pounds and I just hit 175 during my bulk. Youre likely not getting enough protein. A little secret for you is that carbs don’t fricking matter as long as you use them before you go to bed. Other than that do progressive overload. Do compounds. Cycle creatine. If you think creatine will make you bald or makes you not natty youre a homosexual btw.
In all seriousness I hit this pr after taking a two week break. You might need one if you’re trying too hard

      Almost as pathetic as OP

Dude, I was 5'10'', 185, with a 245 bench, 455 deadlift, 395 squat, and 180 ng/dl test before I went on TRT. So unless you have some sort of severe physical disability or extremely low test, you are simply not training hard enough.
      >If I bulk I just gain bodyfat
The vast majority of your gains during a bulk will be bodyfat, and that's okay because bodyfat will increase your leverage in the big three by increasing surface area. Bodyfat also allows your body to think it can lift more by cushioning your joints and ligaments, thereby increasing proprioception.

At your weight, you need to bulk to at least 190 to determine if you've truly stalled.
