      Whatever my college cafeteria is serving. So breakfast is an omelette with oatmeal plus fruit. The for other meals it’s usually some form of meat with a carb dish and vegetables I usually eat two servings of that than a bow of fruit. I usually don’t eat much sugar. Over the past few days I’m in a soft diet cuz I got my wisdom teeth out.

      > Lifting routine
      Weights different muscle group chest, back, shoulders, legs. One compound with three accessory and maybe some calisthenics.

      > Cardio routine
      Haven’t done cardio because I’ve had a torn meniscus for a year and I’m finally getting it fixed on Thursday so I’ll start doing cardio after I recover from that.
