I'm 3 months out from 36 and thinking about getting TRT. How do I go about asking my Dr about this? Any of you have any advice or stories of what it's like? I have long hair and am spooked about going bald although no signs of it. Don't have any family so don't know if it's in my genes. Currently Im pretty skinny, think ED Norton from fight club body
>all of that wasted plastic
jesus christ are you single-handedly trying to end the world anon? buy some reusable glassware
Been using the same containers for 15 months now. Only 2 have broken.
Kek 36 is still young. Id say dont bother becoming a slave to some company for a hormone you still produce in good amounts. Trt is for 50+ year olds. Even then you dont need it, its for weak cunts that need am excuse to roid, just fucking train and eat that boosts your t levels gay
>eat that boosts your t levels gay
delusional retard natty cope
Training stress causes you to produce test and other hormones as long as you eat protein for the muscle and fat for your hormones. Its not a cope its how the body works lol. Go be a chemical bitch that needs synthetic hormones for the rest of your life
Checked and based. Thread ends here. TRT is cope for consequences of a lifetime of shitty choices. There is absolutely NO reason for your test to change significantly as you age, let alone to the point where you need to fucking supplement it like a chud.

I'm not wanting to "fix" my test, I want MORE test to go god mode. Why work for gains, when you can work for M E G A gains?
if u aren't pushing 1200+ levels you are retarded for hoping on gear, period. the difference between 600-900 is minimal, tbf i think we pushing 450-600 now a days so, but even then.
unless you actually need it.
Why not take tren then you delusional gay instead of framing the thread as
>I'm almost 36 and fwightened about my test wevels. Handhold me to make the decision to start roiding?
If you're "pretty skinny" your problems aren't test levels, they're because you're not training enough and not eating enough. Sort your fucking routines out before you start trying to supplement things to fix the fact you're not putting enough work in (it wont fix it)
>I want MORE test to go god mode. Why work for gains, when you can work for M E G A gains?
Then roid dipshit. TRT will not get you notable gains.
Hurrrrrrrrrrrrr doubling your testosterone won't get you gainzzzz durrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
Nobody is sitting at 1000 test natty, but they'll put you up to that on trt if you ask nicely
People do have 1,000 ng/dl natty. And no, it will not give you notable gains.
retard
Cope harder.
retard detected
my total test is 960ng/dl natty
my brother is 40, on a standard TRT dose (250mg weekly) and his total test is 1500 ng/dl
androgen receptor sensitivity is more important than serum test levels and if doubling your test means going from 300 to 600 then no, it will not make you go god mode
YNGMI
>my total test is 960ng/dl natty
>my brother is 40, on a standard TRT dose (250mg weekly) and his total test is 1500 ng/dl
who mogs
>that upward trend
Does it mean if you hit 1000 you'll get 20yo test levels again?
Correct, life goes full circle
Don't listen to this jabroni. TRT and using levels to cruise above TRT is based and will make your life better. Stay away from DHT derivatives if you want to keep your hair and have a family history of MPB.
Doesn't T just naturally turn into DHT? So the more T you have, the more DHT you'll have? But also, if he's almost 36 and not going bald yet, he's probably not going to go bald.
How do you know you need trt? You realise it's treatment for a medical condition and if you're not hypogonadal it will make zero difference to your life?
Hmmm idk, maybe because increased test gives you free gains if you actually hit the gym? "Hey bro, why do you want to make 3x your salary right now, you realize having a lot of money is treatment for poor people right, and if you're not hyperpoor it will make zero difference to your life?" Your 40k a year is fine dude, why would you want 300k a year?
Test really isn't as effective as you might think it is for increasing performance. On my recent blast my test levels were in the 3000's for 12 weeks, and plus I was taking low dose Anavar. At no point did I feel any different than regular TRT which puts me at 700-900
I mean, most actors are put just on "TRT" for movie roles to get swole quick. It does work.
You really think they're just taking small amounts of replacement testosterone? I wish it were that easy
i asked my doc for a hormone panel because i've been feeling chronically fatigued, sleeping a lot (9+ hours) and still sleepy, bloated 24/7, retaining body fat and not gaining muscle. total test at 330 ng/mL, just got referred to a urologist for a consult for trt, pray for me bros
brainlet confirmed
you can take hcg alongside trt and you'll retain fertility
Did they do your test in the morning?
>chronically fatigued
Spend more time doing light cardio outside. Increasing your oxygen intake as you do during light cardio can help with chronic fatigue. Do more light exercises to get the blood flowing throughout the week in between gym routines.
Not that anon but I'm walking a good 3-4 hours a day. Not step counter cope "walking" around at my job, but actual real walking on the street.
By the end of the day I feel so tired I can barely stand up.
What the fuck does "more light cardio" mean?
I recommend blending the meal prep with a decent blender and drinking it as a shake. To make up for lost chewing gains I use jawsercize for half hour a day while walking on the treadmill. It tastes the same once you get used to the texture, it is not bad.
i've read that trt might cause infertility and i want to have kids,
Kids cost money. Money that could be used to buy more protein.
imagine unironically being this sad of a human being
Taking care of kids takes time away from gym, video games, and getting more girls. You're the sad one. Wanting to hang out around kids? Sounds kinda pedophilac bro.
sarcasm is the lowest form of comedy
Kids are better than protein bro, imagine not kidsmaxxing
Are you fuckin' em?
>plastic containers
might as well put on a dress and lipstick
>antinutrients
might as well chop off your legs now
reading what the effects of even 250mg of Test E do to people makes life seem worth the risk.
I'd take 5-10 years off the end of my life to boost the quality by 2x, let alone 5x+
I'll probably blast at 25, cycle off, if my hormones get fucked, trt at 30, beats killing myself I guess.
Doctors are retarded, you can learn more about hormones than most know. Just do your own research, get your own bloods, and source steroids on your own. It will be cheaper
I was 36 when I got on it and I'm glad I did. It was life changing because I actually needed it. I started out using TRT Nation, which is very expensive compared to an underground lab but I didn't know anything so their guidance was useful. It's nice to be able to set up an appointment with a doctor when I had some dumb questions. If you have health insurance that covers it just ask your doctor and he'll have you take a blood test to see if you need it. If you disagree with his conclusion and still want to go the legal route, TRT Nation will greenlight damn near anyone that answers their diagnosis questions correctly. They're really just covering their own ass with that stuff.
Once you figure things out and find some good sources online you can save a ton of money. For comparison, what used to cost me 250 dollars at TRT Nation now costs 35 dollars. I'm taking HGH now on top of the TRT and still spending less money.
Don't be in a hurry to do anything though.
Did you go bald though?
Yup. It all fell out. I didn't even notice it until my BFF's at the nail salon pointed it out.
did your head start gettin rly large and your skin turn rough
No, I only take 2IU a day which is a relatively conservative dose so I'm not getting any crazy results or side effects from it. I sleep a little better but where it really shines is with recovery. The other day I had a minor muscle strain in my back. I've been through the exact same injury a dozen times in my life and it would always sideline me for a week or two, at least when it cam to certain back exercises. This time was different though. I went to bed sore and could barely move once I got laid down but I woke up completely healed.
I recommend it. You need some old man money to get it legally though.
jesus , how about that autism
Maybe you should eat some beef and eggs instead of the meme chick+rice meals all the time. That would help with your test levels.
Who the fuck can afford beef and eggs. If I could afford that shit on the daily, I'd rather spend it a hardcore personal trainer. More motivation > not knowing that all protein is broken down in your body first into it's constituent amino acids before re combined into your own muscles, and not just taking protein from meat and slapping it on your own. Protein from beef and protein from chicken is going to end up the exact same. The only difference will be the fat you get from the beef which can be made up for with healthy fats added to your meals.
>Who the fuck can afford beef and eggs.
Most normal people. If you're 36 and can't afford them, then you fucked up in life.
>If I could afford that shit on the daily, I'd rather spend it a hardcore personal trainer.
Why spend it on a personal trainer when you could just look up a routine on the internet? A personal trainer is something like $40-70/hour. While a pound of ground sirloin 80/20 or is about $5-6 if you get cheep stuff from a generic supermarket. Cheap eggs, even with price increases, are still no more than $5/dozen. For one hour of a personal trainer at the low end and getting decent quality meat, you can get about 3-4 pounds of good quality beef or about 7-8 lbs of cheaper ground beef and maybe 8 dozen eggs. The food is a better deal BTW. You can find a good exercise routines from reading some good books and articles. That being said, grass fed beef and dairy is ideal for the Omega 6/Omega 3 fatty acid proportions.
>More motivation
Motivation isn't going to make up for the nutritional deficiency from your low protein, minimal vitamin diet. Also is that brown rice? White rice is better because the bran holds on to a lot of toxins such as arsenic which is common in rice farm soils which were formerly cotton farms.
>The only difference will be the fat you get from the beef which can be made up for with healthy fats added to your meals.
The "healthy fats" are a lie you're thinking of are a lie. These are usually things high in Omega 6 and extremely low in Omega 3 (this is even before conversion inefficiencies of ALA to DHA and EPA are accounted for), leading to a bad Omega6/Omega 3 ratio. It's also very likely that your low cholesterol diet based on your meal preps posted is leading to a test deficiency as well since dietary cholesterol is an integral part in test production (and general cellular biology). Also contrary to the false meme still perpetuated by unread doctors, dietary cholesterol has nothing to do with serum cholesterol.
Nah, the "healthy fats are a lie you're thinking of a lie" are a lie.
The globohomo "nutrition" agency that tells you industrial lubricants like vegetables oils or other plant-based fats are purposely giving you bad information.
I'd also add that beef and eggs have MUCH better micronutrient profiles than chicken, many of those micronutrients being essential for optimal testosterone production. OP would probably get a good test increase just from switching to beef and eggs without any other lifestyle changes. People are deficient in all sorts of nutrients (zinc, potassium, magnesium, choline, vitamin A/D/E/K, boron, iodine, copper, etc), if they went and fixed those their test would go up a ton. Also sleeping 8-10 hours instead of 6-7 helps too
>caring about micronutrients
You think all those shredded guys in prison are getting micronutrients from their 90% ramen diets?
>You think all those shredded guys in prison are getting micronutrients from their 90% ramen diets?
Because they've maxed out all of their other variables, dumbass. There's nothing to do but sleep and train, so of course they'll still do really well. But if they were getting better micros they would get even better results. It's not even that difficult to get all of your micros, the only annoying ones are things like potassium that you can't fill out with just one food item because you need 5 grams of the stuff
That's why I take potassium enemas
just go to a clinic and get bloodwork. most people at your age are considered to have secondary hypogonadism due to the naturally low test levels. i can almost promise you you'll get an RX based on your bloodwork.
supplement trt with finasteride, monaxadil. testosterone exacerbates hair loss
>Currently Im pretty skinny
Have you actually tried to change this?
Are you getting 8 hours of sleep?
Is your diet decent? Are you eating enough to gain?
Are you getting regular cardio?
Are you lifting weights?
I started trt at 30. It’s pretty crazy how well it works for building muscle and recovering. I did lose some hair early but it stopped. I think it just sped up the little bit of hair I was going to lose in my early 30’s. Do not ask your doctor. Go to a men’s clinic. The only purpose those clinics serve is getting guys on trt and growth.
