I have long hair and am spooked about going bald although no signs of it. Don't have any family so don't know if it's in my genes. Currently Im pretty skinny, think ED Norton from fight club body

Kek 36 is still young. Id say dont bother becoming a slave to some company for a hormone you still produce in good amounts. Trt is for 50+ year olds. Even then you dont need it, its for weak c**ts that need am excuse to roid, just fricking train and eat that boosts your t levels homosexual

Training stress causes you to produce test and other hormones as long as you eat protein for the muscle and fat for your hormones. Its not a cope its how the body works lol. Go be a chemical b***h that needs synthetic hormones for the rest of your life

Checked and based. Thread ends here. TRT is cope for consequences of a lifetime of shitty choices. There is absolutely NO reason for your test to change significantly as you age, let alone to the point where you need to fricking supplement it like a troony.

Test really isn't as effective as you might think it is for increasing performance. On my recent blast my test levels were in the 3000's for 12 weeks, and plus I was taking low dose Anavar. At no point did I feel any different than regular TRT which puts me at 700-900

I was 36 when I got on it and I'm glad I did. It was life changing because I actually needed it. I started out using TRT Nation, which is very expensive compared to an underground lab but I didn't know anything so their guidance was useful. It's nice to be able to set up an appointment with a doctor when I had some dumb questions. If you have health insurance that covers it just ask your doctor and he'll have you take a blood test to see if you need it. If you disagree with his conclusion and still want to go the legal route, TRT Nation will greenlight damn near anyone that answers their diagnosis questions correctly. They're really just covering their own ass with that stuff.

Once you figure things out and find some good sources online you can save a ton of money. For comparison, what used to cost me 250 dollars at TRT Nation now costs 35 dollars. I'm taking HGH now on top of the TRT and still spending less money.

Don't be in a hurry to do anything though.

No, I only take 2IU a day which is a relatively conservative dose so I'm not getting any crazy results or side effects from it. I sleep a little better but where it really shines is with recovery. The other day I had a minor muscle strain in my back. I've been through the exact same injury a dozen times in my life and it would always sideline me for a week or two, at least when it cam to certain back exercises. This time was different though. I went to bed sore and could barely move once I got laid down but I woke up completely healed.

I recommend it. You need some old man money to get it legally though.

Who the frick can afford beef and eggs. If I could afford that shit on the daily, I'd rather spend it a hardcore personal trainer. More motivation > not knowing that all protein is broken down in your body first into it's constituent amino acids before re combined into your own muscles, and not just taking protein from meat and slapping it on your own. Protein from beef and protein from chicken is going to end up the exact same. The only difference will be the fat you get from the beef which can be made up for with healthy fats added to your meals.

        Anonymous

        >Who the frick can afford beef and eggs.
Most normal people. If you're 36 and can't afford them, then you fricked up in life.
        >If I could afford that shit on the daily, I'd rather spend it a hardcore personal trainer.
Why spend it on a personal trainer when you could just look up a routine on the internet? A personal trainer is something like $40-70/hour. While a pound of ground sirloin 80/20 or is about $5-6 if you get cheep stuff from a generic supermarket. Cheap eggs, even with price increases, are still no more than $5/dozen. For one hour of a personal trainer at the low end and getting decent quality meat, you can get about 3-4 pounds of good quality beef or about 7-8 lbs of cheaper ground beef and maybe 8 dozen eggs. The food is a better deal BTW. You can find a good exercise routines from reading some good books and articles. That being said, grass fed beef and dairy is ideal for the Omega 6/Omega 3 fatty acid proportions.
        >More motivation
Motivation isn't going to make up for the nutritional deficiency from your low protein, minimal vitamin diet. Also is that brown rice? White rice is better because the bran holds on to a lot of toxins such as arsenic which is common in rice farm soils which were formerly cotton farms.
        >The only difference will be the fat you get from the beef which can be made up for with healthy fats added to your meals.
The "healthy fats" are a lie you're thinking of are a lie. These are usually things high in Omega 6 and extremely low in Omega 3 (this is even before conversion inefficiencies of ALA to DHA and EPA are accounted for), leading to a bad Omega6/Omega 3 ratio. It's also very likely that your low cholesterol diet based on your meal preps posted is leading to a test deficiency as well since dietary cholesterol is an integral part in test production (and general cellular biology). Also contrary to the false meme still perpetuated by unread doctors, dietary cholesterol has nothing to do with serum cholesterol.

I'd also add that beef and eggs have MUCH better micronutrient profiles than chicken, many of those micronutrients being essential for optimal testosterone production. OP would probably get a good test increase just from switching to beef and eggs without any other lifestyle changes. People are deficient in all sorts of nutrients (zinc, potassium, magnesium, choline, vitamin A/D/E/K, boron, iodine, copper, etc), if they went and fixed those their test would go up a ton. Also sleeping 8-10 hours instead of 6-7 helps too

Because they've maxed out all of their other variables, dumbass. There's nothing to do but sleep and train, so of course they'll still do really well. But if they were getting better micros they would get even better results. It's not even that difficult to get all of your micros, the only annoying ones are things like potassium that you can't fill out with just one food item because you need 5 grams of the stuff

I started trt at 30. It’s pretty crazy how well it works for building muscle and recovering. I did lose some hair early but it stopped. I think it just sped up the little bit of hair I was going to lose in my early 30’s. Do not ask your doctor. Go to a men’s clinic. The only purpose those clinics serve is getting guys on trt and growth.
