I'm 5'1 and 130lbs, I want to get down to 100 but always struggle.

I'm 5'1 and 130lbs, I want to get down to 100 but always struggle. I don't want to be muscular and really dont feel comfortable going to the gym, but I do work out at home (pilates).

I'm trying to stick to 1000 calories per day to try and reach this goal some time this summer but don't know if it'll be enough and I fricking hate being constantly hungry.

Dose anyone have any suggestions or is this plan best one?

    Your TDEE according to https://tdeecalculator.net/result.php?s=imperial&g=female&age=23&lbs=130&in=61&act=1.2&f=2 (I guessed your age) is about 1550 a day so you should be losing about 1 pound per week. You'll be near your goal by summer. If you want to eat more or lose faster then you need to do some cardio too. Steady state cardio is best. Use this calculator https://www.acaloriecalculator.com/calories-burned-calculator/ to get an idea of what different activities burn

      Your plan is too steep of a deficit. I would also focus on eating clean (no processed food, seed oils, excess fat, etc). Count macros instead of calories since the chemical properties of each macro has a different effect. Assuming you eat 1300 calories a day, these are the macros you should be eating:
      29g fat based on 20% of your calories
      78g protein based on .8 x your lean body mass. You look 25% and very frickable.
      182g carbs based on calculating the rest in.

      Im trying to eat as clean as I can, sometimes it's hard, especially when tired after work, but 5 days out of the week I do. Is there anywhere I can learn more about macros? I dont really know anything about that.
