I can tell you have basically no muscle, you can easily be 260 pounds at 15%.
I can tell you're not anywhere close to lean. He may carry 260 while at 20-25%ish, not a legit 15% unless he roids
t. 6'7" and capped out around 220 lean, with 18.5" arms and 2/3.5/5/6. Not getting heavier unless I dreamer bulk to higher bodyfat. Around 220 at 12% I can get, or 240 at mid teens + water bloat or 260 at ~20-25%. Water bloat makes a big difference for tall guys btw, I can fluctuate 8 kg without looking much different in bf% depending on whether I'm on a surplus or deficit

I used to call myself 15% in the past because I could still see my abs (albeit not as well defined), when in reality I was probably 20% or so. 15% is pretty lean and you should see a lot of definition already, but a lot of people lie to themselves as it's basically the "default level" over an actual ripped 10-12%
15% is lean. Ab definition, especially when flexing, clear muscle separation, etc.
"Can't see abs" = 20%+
I use to walk around saying I was ~10% when I was 14-15% min.

people are absolutely brutal. I can see the top of my abs and have good vascularity but have shit fat distribution so I still have slight love handles at 17%
Depend on frame. Is your shoulder girdle naturally wide? Do you have a large or thin ass? Think of the difference between a 6'4" beanpole and a 6'4" NFL linebacker. The linebacker can naturally carry ~240 lbs, the beanpole can't.
Did you play sports as a kid? Lift in your teenage years? That can impact bone density that can't be replicated if you started lifting much later.
