      1. Read the fucking sticky
      2. Read #1 until failure.
Eat clean, lift hard, develop consistency, don’t fall for bro science, stay off roids until natural cap is reached, sleep well, avoid stress, and most importantly, have fun!

What’s the point of this board if all we have to do is read the sticky?

OP, I was you. Now I'm 46 and can lift 500 pounds off the ground and lift 175 above my head. What you want to do is called "Starting Strength". The guy who wrote it coaches a lot of adults in your position, who just want to get healthier.

Everyone starts somewhere. Do 2 a day till you can do 3, then move to 4 and so on. Consistency is key. You can take rest between push ups just get them done. Do girl pushups if you need to.

Based. Create a high score table in your notes app or on a notepad. Each day is a new chance to beat your previous high score

Do two pushups and then try to get a third. Try so hard that you collapse. Do this many times and watch as the number gets higher and your body gets better.
