i’m a “beginner” and have been lifting for maybe 1.5 years? but for a year now my weight has stayed the same (lifts slightly went up is all).
1.does this mean that and i’m not eating enough?
2.do i still have noob gains and can expect my physique to change in a relatively short period of time?
>ywn have a qt gf look at you this way
This gets me right in the feels, lads
seriously? all you have to do is tell a girl a funny story.
I have no funny stories for women.
Actually I have some hilarious stories. But those stories would make women back away and possibly call the cops
god i wish i was happy
If modern women weren't big enough slobs, weed turns them into absolute swine.
>Greasy skin
>Loose fitting slob clothes
Why take a pic of this? It makes you look like shit as a human being.
It used to be women dressed this slobbily and has meme diets and didn't take care of themselves just during college but it's at the point now where this is the default.
potentially yes, if you went hard for 6 months and then stopped pushing yourself as hard in the gym and stopped increasing your food intake. That's what most likely happened considering what you've shared.
it’s more like i struggle a lot with my diet + kept getting injuries/was sick so i was out of the gym every now and then
Do you have a hard time eating? Also, to avoid injuries do a deload week every 2 or 3 months if you're not already.
yes, mostly because i am awful at making food that tastes good and eating out is not really affordable
what’s the purpose of deloading?
yes i just did yesterday
>what’s the purpose of deloading?
maintain muscle mass while allowing your body to regenerate. You could experience some growth from it too depends how overtrained you were prior to it.
If I were you I'd just add a shake with milk and some olive oil if you want to boost calories easy and see what happens in the next 2 weeks.
milk with oilive oil? sounds rancid
you can get almond oil or something if you want. You can't even taste it though.
>yes i just did yesterday
You're still a beginner, how much can you lift exactly
uhh i can bench 80kg 3x5
incline bench 70kg 3x8
db curl 15kg 3x10
lat raise 12.5kg 3x10
What do you squat and deadlift?
lol last time i squat maybe 100kg and deadlift 110kg? haven't done any leg workouts for a year now because i tore my acl
Stop getting injured, biggest gains goblin. I still go in and get it done but my herniated disk probably cut my training volume in half and makes every squat and clean session painful as fuck. That or I sit out for 8 months and evaporate my gains and the pain comes back slowly anyway after getting back into it.
In my 2 years of lifting I was pretty much up 100% in all lifts, if you plateau you need to analyze your weaknesses rather than trying to tough through it. Work smart not hard. Don't take youtuber advice and shit because everyone genetically responds to training differently as well and if you're not a strong responder just take it easy.

beginner gains means you can add 5lbs every week. After 1.5 years you shouldn't be able to add 5lbs to your lifts every week. You should be low intermediate.
As for your weight you're not bulking. If you're goal is ottermode then just eat at maintenance if you're already lean. However if you want to add more muscle than you need to commit to a bulk.
I'm not saying you need to gain 10lbs a month like mark rippletits advises. Just gain 2lbs a month for 6-8 months. Then do a moderate cut for 4 months.
when i started i was maybe 65kg skinny fat? now i’m 70kg lean muscular
benching 1.5pl8s if that’s of any help
i just think that for the past year i have hardly ever ate at a caloric surplus which is why i’m stuck
That's how it is
if you want to make progress you're gonna have to bulk
just don't be a retard with the surplus
don't eat like a pig
It means you've reach the limits of your genetic potential, your line ends now.
can you still add 5lbs to your squat and 2.5lbs/5lbs to your bench
It means that you're a fucking retard if you're asking these questions.
That is a vape, not weed, which is even more cringe than the already cringe weed.
You're not eating enough. Simple as that
Look inside the altoids can bud
>is hot
yusss score
>smokes weed
damn, well better luck next time girlie
why is it that the only people who enjoy eating and "enjoy"(pretend to enjoy) lifting are overweight chicks. i need to get me a martial arts qt gf or something
Its a good thing youre not doing Starting Strength. You might have hurt yourself.
