I'm a fat fucking loser, need help

I'm on antipsychotics which make me big fatty fat fuck. I ride my stationary bike at least 1 hour a day and consume less than 2k calories and still gaining weight. Currently 175 at 5'7. Incapable of gaining muscle as well .

      Because I'm schizophrenic. I want to become the first person in the world to get abs and be on antipsychotics. Its a dream of mine, but idk what to do. this feels impossible

    are you sure you're consuming less than 2k cals btw, are you counting your cals and making your own food?

    Just keep at it. If you are manlet, your maintenance calories might be less than 2k. Unless you're doing extreme amounts of exercise or cutting down to 1.5k calories, you will only notice weight loss on a monthly basis.

    1 hour a day is good. less than 2k calories is pretty good but you could probably go as low at 1300 depending on your (dietary) fat macros. id bet if you did a dexa youd find you have virtually zero muscle. you should check your protein intake and engage in resistance training with progressive overload. come back in a year and let us know how it goes.

    20 posts in and nobody has asked about protein intake yet? OP up your protein to ~150g and start trying to do some basic pushups and/or jump rope
