I'm a hardgainer, is it even possible to fix

I have lifted for 4 years and yet i still look skinnyfat. People never believe me when i say it and assume i skip the gym or eat like shit.
My lifts are still basically like newbie tier like 60kg bench 10 reps or 8 pullups or curling 10kg dumbbells. I try to bulk hard and sure my weight increases my lifts dont even though i try to max out on the lifts.

I'm not gonna make it. Some folks are just not meant to make it. I just wanna be lean and ottermode but it feels like i'm never going to make it. Yet i refuse to give up.

Routine is PPL.

Tried linear progression but it always ends up stalling. I don't understand, it works for everyone else why not me? Add 1kg every session yet it still stalls.

        >hard gainer
Not a thing. Eat more food.
        >lifts are newbie tier
Than do new ones, more of them, and more weight.

        >1 kg a session
That's moronic and pathetic. For what lift? You lift like a b***h so your results are for b***hes.

I'm similar to you but it started to change when I started eating big for real. Which means more than what I thought eating big meant before.

    Post diet.

I bet your program has 1000 differt exercises and you don’t do near enough volume on core lifts. Simplify your program and go 100% on them. Like for example target 15 reps on pullups and spend the next 6 months grinding volume and variations.

I'm not trying to be rude bro but if that's your progress after 4 years than you are doing something very wrong.

PPL could be structured any number of ways. What are you actually doing and how is it structured.

You'd probably be better off getting on something like Stronglifts 5x5 and starting over to build a base of strength. Going to see better progress if you can rep higher weights.

You dont need mega weight to look good, you need to focus on perfect form, slow negatives and good contractions. 5day split or everyother day, train each part, chest back shoulders legs arms abs all of it. Do an hour every day or every other. Focus on increasing volume in the hour more sets. 5 or 6 exercises 10 to 15reps each. Then either up the weight or do mega slow negatives. Really do both, train 1 up hold while flexing the muscle then 4 or 5 down then explosive 1 up flex for 1 then 5 seconds down. Do 1second up flex muscle 2 seconds down. Do variations of that. Make sure you are eating good amount of protein. You dont need massive amounts but it helps support lean tissue and the creation of new tissue. Do that over and you should look good. For abs I would do a circuit for 30mins ish.

Try doing ladders so you can accumulate massive amount of volume. It helped me get through plateaus.
