        Avoid caffeine
Melatoninmaxx by turning off as much light as possible an hour before bed
Stop using your phone or computer an hour before bed too

        >dont consume calories within an hour of bedtime
        >cool room, blanket
        >read something boring (like printouts of work stuff, class notes, or studies from the field you study/work in) either printed out or on an e-ink screen
        >schedule 9 hours of sleep, you should wake up before your alarm clock
all of these together would be at least 10 hours, but youll likely only sleep for 7½ to 8½ hours, the rest should be spent either learning or planning the day to save time elsewhere

      >Enough sleep
You should think in terms of quality with sleep, more than quantity.
      >Enough water
You should only drink when thirsty
      >Enough sunglight
      True.
To add to those, I'd add high intensity and regular exercise, and the cleanest possible diet you can come up with (no gluten nor additives, no seed oils, no alcohol)

Spend every possibly second you can in the sun wearing as few clothes as possible. Don’t put anything on your skin that you would not eat. Only wash your dick, balls, groin, and pits. Take vitamins. Drink a lot of water.

Use Retinol/Tretinoin, take collagen supplements, use Benzoyl Peroxide face wash if your skin can handle it.

      acid

You're literally exfoliating twice brah. Salicylic Acid is an exfoliant. Drop one of the two.

really? isn't there a difference between a physical scrub thingy and the acid?

          >really? isn't there a difference between a physical scrub thingy and the acid?

No, Both are exfoliation, only difference is one is physical, one is liquid/chemical. Both are doing the exact same thing and taking off dead skin cells from the top layer of skin.

Moisturizer does most of the work. This is why oily gamers tend to be "babyfaced." Then it's just about not having excessive UV damage, avoiding endurance training and not eating a high cortisol diet like keto or carnitard.

Where do you get tretinoin? Prescription only, GP costs $85 just for a 10 minute appointment, what do I even say to get it. Or is there a better way to order it?

since turning 25 (I'm 33 now) I got into face yoga. That stuff works and I always get told that I look in my 20's. I have a 12-15% body fat so that helps too.

Ignore every post before mine. This is how you skin max:

    1) SPF 50 Noncomedogenic Sunscreen for face, Any SPF 50 Sunscreen for body.
    2) Tretinoin Cream 0.05% (alldaychemist.com)
    3) Hydroquinone Cream (alldaychemist.com)
    4) Any noncomedogenic moisturizer for your face.

If you want to pull out the big bux, get a vitamin C serum that also includes vitamin E, but this becomes very expensive so I only use sunscreen, moisturizer, tretinoin, and hydroquinone. These four items will make you look at least five years younger, and they are cheap.

    >Cleanse
    >Serum
    >Hyaluronic acid (on wet face)
    >Day/night cream

The above every morning/night and exfoliate once a week. That's all there is to it. The only thing you need to do is find out what serum and day/night creams fits your budget and actually work
