Would this still be the equivalent to doing drops with a 20kg plate if I were 90kg?

    You’re stronger at 110kg than 90kg due to body mass. 20kg plate will be harder at 90kg than just doing bw at 110kg.

    I too weight 110kg and I do 5x5 dips with a 20kg kettlebell. Just so weighted right now instead.

      This, but you won't drop over night and you'll be working out that entire time so you'll actually be able to do even more weight.

    Just add weight as you lose fat - if you work out at home it doesn't have to be plates; a litre bottle of water in a bag is 1kg so you can microload like that.

    I tore the connection between the sternum body and the manubrium.
    I went on a walk with my kids and they wanted to go on a playground where next to it was this outdoor gym for old people. I went to a dip station and during my first rep something snapped in my sternum. It happened in October as I remember correctly, and till this day, every time I cough or sneeze, I feel like someone would pierce my chest with a wooden pin.

        Like I said, I used this shit ass dip station on a outdoor gym. The handles were too wide and I went too low.
        Orthopaedic said I should stop any exercises involving chest, but since it only hurts when I push my arms way back, I still do flat and incline bench.

    I did these and completely annihilated Mt upper back. I get a real sharp pain between my left shoulder blade and my spine everytime I bend over to pick something up.

      You could always add reverse weighted wanks for triceps later if you need that extra volume as well

      100%. Drops are a waste of seconds for queers. Idk if it's an American thing but ere in Britain we pretty many universally use reverse incline press up for that higher chest and tries
