I hate cleaning blenders, and most stuff that works in shakes is sweet and I hate sweet stuff.
I have to cook because I can't afford ready-made food because I'm poor and live in the third world, so I just don't have more time to eat so much.
Well it really does come down to what the anon above us said. You need to experiment to find out what your TDEE is. You gotta do that by eating more. I don't know your food options or budget but just keep it cheap and high protein and make more meals or bigger meals.

I weight everything I eat, and I know the things I eat every day add up to about 2000 calories, and I try to snack some other stuff to add the calories.
I eat 4k calories to bulk.

If you're not gaining weight, then you can not know your TDEE in the first place. Calculator TDEE's are guesstimates. You probably also are retarded enough to not track your calories in properly.

I like to add peanut butter to everything when I bulk.
Its an easy 300-400 extra calories a day.
Also take the slice of cheese pill,avg of 100 calories per slice, take 1-2 after every meal.
Thats another 300-600 extra kcal a day.

But I track macros religiously. I'll put a kiwi on my kitchen scale, eat all of it except for the knobby bits at the ends - then put those knobby end bits on the kitchen scale to substract 3-4 grams from a 72 gram kiwi
