I'm fat as hell, how can I loose weight?

I have to say that I'm not fat to the point where I'm morbidly obese and it limits my movements in my daily life, but It's becoming too much, and I'm kinda scared about my future if I keep going like that.
Please help bros.

Just keep up the good work, anon. The problem for you is you'll need to switch to inclined walking at some point because walking at a lighter weight doesn't burn as many calories. However, you can double or triple that amount by adjusting for incline percentage and speed. I do inclined walking for two hours per day, five days a week, burning 1100 cals at 6.5% incline. I keep my heart rate under 130 bpm. I do this much because I have shit metabolism and can't calorie restrict anymore than I do. If I could walk at max 15% incline and keep bpm under 130, I would do it.

You already knew the answer to the question before you posted it. There is no magic bullet that you seek. Just pain and suffering which, if you choose to embrace, you will eventually come to enjoy.

Thanks bro, of course I knew it, but knowing you got to do something and actually doing it are 2 very different things. I just need to learn how to be disciplined.

I’m the guy you replied to. Here’s an honest answer: join a CrossFit. I know that CrossFit gets shit on in this board but CrossFit is great for people with no motivation to workout. I know this first hand. I joined CrossFit in December of 2021 and I’m still a member but I have transitioned more to lifting than going to the classes. But for that first 6 months all I had to do was show up and the coaches take care of the rest. Don’t worry about not being able to do the workouts. They will sale them to accommodate you. I would also recommend that for the first month you take it very slowly and don’t push yourself too hard. The last thing you want to do is get injured. Also you done necessarily have to join a CrossFit. You can join any class-style workout program where you just have to muster the gumption to drive there. Once you get there you will be obligated to do the rest. Just getting a gym membership is double jeopardy for someone like you (and me) becssue not only do you have to muster the gumption to go there, but you also have to muster the gumption to actually work out when you get there. It’s easy to walk for 20 min on a treadmill and then go home. But when you have 10 people in a class all doing what you’re doing then it’s hard to bail out. Find a boot camp, a HIIT class, a boxing class, a CrossFit, an MMA gym, etc. Group sessions are what you’re lookin for. And in my opinion the more expensive the better. The more money you spend the more motivated you will be to use it. This applies even if you’re poor. What’s more expensive, $200 a month or dying when you’re 45?

Btw I was a seduntary blob by mess when I started and now I bench 300 and my son’s friends referred to me as “jacked” recently. Believe me, it’s worth all the pain. All you have to do is show up. The coaches will take care of the rest.

Gym homosexuals are the worst because you know they don't go to gym and waste the money anyway.
Your advice is Terrible because you assume fat fricks have the discipline to go to the gym and work out even after working a job.
              Lmao.

make sure most of your calories come from protein, it's amazing how much more satiated you feel compared to carbs

              Better yet! Stop fricking eating!

You're gonna have to stop being hyper fricking lazy if you wanna lose weight though. It doesn't take a ton of effort to prepare your food.

Walk. Every single day. If you absolutely can't because of horrible weather or injury, then no less than 9 days out of 10 on average.

Do weights and basic exercises. Situps, even if they are shitty assisted situps. Get one or two dumbells (not expensive) and do arm exercises. Do weightless squats.

And most important, eat the frick less.

    >>Me, also fat as hell, doing all of the above:
    >>Down 48 pounds total since November, and 21 pounds down just in the last 25 days alone.

Parts this tbf tho is cause a lot of people slam frickloads of fast carbs and put themselves on the glycemic roller coaster early in the day.

If you're cutting, and your important macros are in order (read as protein) then it's not a death sentence to a diet to eat something small and sweet for dessert as long as it doesn't blow past your CiCo.

Don’t eat or drink any water. Picrel is a book that explains to you why you won’t die and it’s the best and only way to fast; dry fasting

Stop eating so much. Do not drink calories. Do not eat fast or processed food. Go for a daily 1 hour walk. Fast once or twice a week.
