Get a job. >I have no experience or skills
Get a job at a gym, free membership is almost always a guarantee. Barely any training needed you’re mostly selling memberships. Depending on gym you might be able to expand into their PT programs
Facts. My first job was as a janitor at a fancy gym in my neighborhood when I was in high school. Got jacked for free and hit some cuties that worked there. Even got free food from the cafe in the gym (again, fancy gym) since I schmoozed the employees there, so I didn't have to buy any supplements. Only caveat is that the nice gyms wont hire you if you're not white or attractive non-white.

if this doesnt help you nothing can
Getting fat while being poor (I'm Brazilian) isn't that hard. The problem is actually having money for a gym membership. I've been doing bodyweight home workouts with a pair of dumbbells I have and just running outside for cardio. You gotta want it enough to make it work as a third worlder because we are basically playing it on hard mode.
What are you eating brazil bro? Im from venezuela but i managed to find a remote work job that pays well. Im mostly just increasing my protein intake while eating more of everything but I don't have an established meal plan. What's your southamerican bulking diet?
Buy a 40 pound bag of rice for cheap, eat lots of chicken breast or fish, and either buy, make, or find a pull up bar and do some calisthenics.
That's if you can't afford a gym.
1. Find a protein source that gives you at least 15g of protein/$. I live in an expensive area and shop in Whole Foods and this is still easy. Milk, eggs, some cheeses, ground beef, chicken, beans, lentils, fish, are all good options to look at.
2. Eat cheap protein until you hit your protein goal for the day
3. Eat other things until you fill out the rest of your carb and fat macros
4. Remember to eat greens for micronutrients
pasta and butter.
I haven't run the numbers but pic related costs 0,20€ and has 1376 calories. Then add 100g of butter for +600 calories and you have 2000 kcal for like 50 cents total.
So there is no excuse to be thin even if you are poor. Getting enough calories is not the problem. Now getting enough protein to be a bodybuilder is another story but you probably have more pressing matters in your life than reaching the ideal body composition if you are fricking poor. But idk, you can get 80-100g of protein for like 3€, just buy lean chicken, and eggs. So in total to get 2500-3000kcal and 80-100g of protein it can be done under 4€ per day.
Yeah you can theoretically reach like 4000kcal (if you just worry about calories) with just about 1€ per day. Like I said I havent run the numbers with every product in the grocery store but this popped into my mind at first and it seemed like one of the if not the cheapest buys calorie per euro.
Find a calisthenics routine to do weekly. Convict conditioning is a book you can find for free online and has programs in it, but there are other free programs you can do also. I don’t know what meat costs in your area but if ground beef and chicken are cheap, buy those so you can have protein and fat. Then get rice or something for carbs, and if you have any extra money get some fruits or veggies. Good luck
I'll be blunt, lifting as we know it by today's standards is a western luxury. Of course the hardcore sigmas we'll jump at me saying it's all about willpower and finding a way and something about african lifters and yadda yadda... Efficiency matters. You need to evaluate how much you can realistically put in in order to get results. Unless you want to minmax every aspect of your life in this one pursuit, I recommend to get some money first to make matters infinitely easier. Doesn't take much, but it does take something.
Eat chicken
i used to frick the poor and thin but fortunately my standards improved as i got more in shape
I dunno peanut butter

The price difference between eating like a poor person and eating a ton of good food is quite negligible unless you're in some shithole like Canada.

Same situation here. I eat 200g of peanut butter a day. I dont know how bad it is for you but its cheap calories and decent protein.
At night run over to fast food resturants and lick the left over grease.
