        Well obviously he has not murdered anyone. Otherwise the arrest is hic et nunc. Didn't even have CP, else he'd have his ass spied on 24/7 and electronics seized by authorities.

    bodyweight stuff easily done. it depends on the prison, what your in for and what amenities you may or may not have access to.
    some prisons give you nothing, weight equipment is usually considered dangerous and can be easily weaponized so there is literally no forms of lifting 'weight' outside of bodyweight related stuff. some prisons will have monkey bars/jungle gym type stuff rooted in the ground that allows for pull-ups etc
    some prisons do have small functioning, baseline gym sets up but only after good behavior or depending on the crime of the individual
    and most give you outdoor time which is limited but you can perform cardio there/bodyweight stuff
    due to the limiting diet in prison and such, you will likely lose fat anyway
    i have heard from friends who have been in and through docs, you don't want to have a 'nice body' in prison because it targets you to be possibly raped or become someones 'boy'
    you should focus on expanding your knowledge base, read a lot and about everything if the prison has a functioning library (most do) and figuring out how to actually get out, pick up hobbies based on what is allowed of you based on your crime/incarceration level. i would also focus on what clique you will be joining and learning the rules, who is boss, what races you can and cannot mingle/sit with etc or you will get your ass beat, no question and there is no one to save you. you cannot fly under the radar and just be someone who is invisible, you will need to join a group, get a mentor and learn how to survive. you will likely be recruited to either by force or otherwise
    if you happen to be in the states, specifically California, I highly recommend trying to get out of prison and get into the fire camp program
    have fun, think on your mistakes and be better when you get out

    Calisthenics, ramen, Tuna / deenz (if they have them), you have nothing but time so go for high volume, beat pedos>rapists>woman killers to death and use for weights if needed

    Hindu push ups (Danda) and Hindu squats (Baithak) if you get access to a bar do pull ups - chin ups to failure three times each time you do, remember nasal breathing and correct form. They are pro wrestling exercises and will be very useful for building strength inside prison. If you need cardio you can do the Navy Seals (mountain climber burpees, no jumping.)

        Not better, just prison style burpee, there's also a hit to the abs (like a light tap) to keep them sharp. No jumping also means its less painful to the joints. Hindu push ups are already like burpees though so there might be no need to do burpees.
