Anon going 4 days without eating is not fasting. Also, do you think you're an hibernating bear or something? Your body is not ok because "i just ate a lot 4 days ago tee hee!".
>4 days without eating is not fasting
4 days without eating is called a 4 day fast, what am I missing here? By day 4 of eating I am not actually hungry and feel I need a break to clean myself out. Not eating is the best way
>4 days without eating is called a 4 day fast, what am I missing here? By day 4 of eating I am not actually hungry and feel I need a break to clean myself out. Not eating is the best way
Have fun ruining your body anon, just hope no anon is moronic enough to take your advice.
>Anon going 4 days without eating is not fasting
actually it is
is right you know.
I think it’s called starving yourself instead of fasting, but w/e I’m not Indian or African I don’t practice that shit
to starve yourself you would need to stop eating and drinking water.
he only said he would stop eating, he didn´t say anything about drinking.
i am just curious if not eating could save my big belly with excess of organ fat, i am sufering healthy issue because of it.
my stomach is dilated so is hard to do diet.
i eat too much.
unhealthy? our hunter gatherer ancestors could go for days without hunting any prey on winters. eating as much as you can for some days and then eating nothing or very little for some days is something our body is biologically adapted to.

Yes anon and those hunters died before reaching their 30s.
Bro, save yourself the time and effort. OP is a moron and will throw around broscience he doesn't understand parroting dipshits who also don't understand it. And failing that, he'll turn to either ad hominem (

Stay mad lol there is no such thing as keto flu. That’s literally a term made up my shitty magazines whos main audience is overweight middle age women,
I've thought about doing something similar and have been working on getting my body metabolically adapted to switch into a deep state of ketosis quickly.
The idea would be bulking like 4-5 days (good excess calories and carbs) a week then fast 2, maybe 3 after and repeat. The body switching into ketosis quickly will burn all the fat gained from the bulk, while keeping the muscle.
My hypothesis is this may be the best way to efficiently lean bulk.

2-3 days apparenty raises natural HGH by 2000% and testosterone by 180%, everyones body is different but 2-3 days is probably ideal
>2-3 days apparenty raises natural HGH by 2000% and testosterone by 180%,
Except it doesn't consistently and is largely negated by the fact that the fasting will highly stimulate the sympathetic nervous and cause secretion of adrenaline and cortisol -- both of which frick up muscle repair when maintained at higher than baseline levels at lengths of time.
Further, you're not allowing adaptation of your body to ketosis. People suffer for weeks and months on a keto diet as the brain and other systems attempt to become "fat adapted". Spiking your insulin repeatedly with your refeed days will make you never get to that point and will just make you waver between keto flu and feeling like bloated shit.

I find long (multiple day) fasts to be way easier because the switch from fed to fasted state is the hardest. But once you're in ketosis, you can keep going without feeling hungry.
i can get into a good state of ketosis in about 24 - 36 hours.
In my hypothetical schedule, i would cut the carbs right before a huge workout on day 4, post workout no carbs - take berberine before bed to help dump glucose - start the 2/3 day fast with a good HIIT session. I am usually producing ketones by the evening of the first fasting day.
Again i am have been doing this awhile. The more you switch into ketosis the faster you get into that state. Also ive noticed the more switching into ketosis ive done, the more ketones my body actually is producing.
>i can get into a good state of ketosis in about 24 - 36 hours.
I feel completely lethargic during the switch. Once I'm in a fasted state I'm ok, but doing daily intermittent fasting for me is very tiring, even if I'm doing OMAD, I barely get into ketosis before my next meal.
i think this idea is good, if the person is young and has some fast metabolism it could work.
>The body switching into ketosis quickly
except the switch is never quick
yeah this is a problem for me, my fat ass takes at least 3 days of eating zero carbs to start to turn to ketosis. and i am oversensitive to carbs since even my dental paste i thrown it off because is sweet and triggers my insulin.
Ah, a remix of the classic "spinning your wheels" diet. Nothing like being a moron and spiking insulin for half a week and deal with withdrawals and cortisol issues for days after.
But let's put aside the physiological moronation. If you're not disciplined enough to maintain a physique eating normally, you sure as hell aren't to fast for 4 days and eat healthfully the other 4. You're going to either half-ass one or outright frick up both.
Enjoy making no gains and feeling like shit the whole time.
Everyones body is different, you are projecting your own thoughts onto my body which makes you moronic. I eat vegetables, carbs and meat for 4 days, then I need a break because my gut is too big and my joints are seizing up. I need a clean out for a few days, what is wrong with that?

Man has a point. He changed his camera and lighting, that's bad form, looks deceptive. Have at it OP. For me, i just eat 150 cals below maintenance then up my low intensity activity level. Or I'll eat at BMR if I really want to speed things up.
Why did the lighting suddenly change on day 5?
Probably a psy op, CIA/ health officials probably edited it
>Thoughts?
Seems terribly unhealthy and uncomfortable. How will you get your energy to do anything if you're starving? Must be hard to even fall asleep.
Pretty sure you can get hair loss from that too.
Hair loss from fasting? Because i'm full of food after smashing down food for 4 days then I need time to digest it because i'm getting a gut.

Bummer man. I usually feel good and high energy during the switch. Dunno if placebo or my brain just likes ketones better
i think this idea is good, if the person is young and has some fast metabolism it could work.

This won’t work. Lean bulk for at least 3 months at a time. Gain 1 lb a month, gain 3 lb in 3 months. Then fast for a week and repeat.
Yeah it might not but dunno I am still gonna experiment with it.
If the calories are failed id be curious what 5 days bulking, 2 days fasting will look like in terms of scale weight, strength, energy, etc.

Lmao what ? Just lose weight the normal way, calculate your TDEE and cut between 300-500 calories a day, that should equal to about a pound a week.
