                There's nothing wrong with PPL unless you follow the classic textbook Push-Pull-Leg sequence of sessions and/or have too many exercises/too much volume per session and/or don't know how to utilize super sets for your arms and delts (t-rex).
                There's nothing wrong with going 6x unless you give it too much volume/too many exercises and spend 2+ hours at the gym everyday and thus eliminating any supposed advantage it has

    If that's what you choose. I got sick of it and started lifting a year ago, put on 20lbs and feel great about myself after a lifetime of not liking seeing myself reflected in windows or in photographs. Would like to add a similar amount over the next year and then switch to maintenance. I started at 52, so what's your excuse?

        Was thinking of MK-677, heard it spikes your appetite and is otherwise relatively 'lax' insofar as the side effects go. Have you heard anything ab it or have any experience?

    I’ve been skelly my entire life, never weighed above 140 lbs. I’ve just never cared about eating. I’ll regularly skip meals. I won’t cook lots of food for myself. I will go to my shit job and just straight up not eat lunch because I don’t care enough about myself to cook or buy food for myself
