    >drink tea for relaxation (without caffeine)
    >sleepmax

50 isnt old. Very few people with great genetics handle that lifestyle and make it to 80+

It can happen to anyone no matter how fit they are. There is no way to know. The good thing is that it is very quick, so you will probably barely even realize what is going on.

you know people who intensively train cardio are more likely to develop heart issues.

this is meant to scare you, but realistically there was likely a precedent that wasn't known at the time aneurysms are what you need to be afraid of. start praying to sweet baby Jesus now so your soul can at least be saved

Try cardio, and go outside more

Its paranoia. Get more sleep, cut the sugar, caffeine, and alcohol.
If you want, you can go get and some intensive testing from a cardiologist. They'll measure heart beat rhythm and blood flow, and can use an x-ray device to see inside the structure of your heart. Hope you don't live in America, your insurance won't like this without a probable cause and a referral

vax aside you should get a physical and tell your doctor before beginning exercise if you never needed a sports physical. You can actually drop dead quite literally from a congenital heart defect you didn't know about

      >You can actually drop dead quite literally from a congenital heart defect you didn't know about
Which is why getting a full exam from a cardiologist is essential. They wont send you if youre low risk or don't have a reason for it. The whole thing is an expensive and time consuming ordeal, and the cardiologist lab is always filled with fat smoking boomers who brought themselves to the edge of death.

As someone who felt the same thing, and even had physical symptoms (fluttering heartbeat, nausea, trouble breathing in bed) and went to the cardiologist for a overnight EKG and ultrasound, let me tell you that anything you feel is likely psychosomatic (you are thinking it into existence). You very likely have anxiety over something, like an exam, money, a girl, etc. It will pass. Maybe lay off the preworkout for a couple weeks. Your heart is fine, even the my 600lb life people are alive mostly

OP this is my expertise. (although i had it drug enfuelled)

It is not real. Conentrate on your breathing. Your taking gasps and that is the cause. Breathe trough belly not chest
