    Benefits of Kefir? I compared the milk I normally drink (a "50% more protein" type) and Kefir and the macros were about the same but Kefir is super sour unless you get a sweetened kind.

          Different probiotics. No lactose. Name translates to "feel good."
          It's probably not as old as yogurt as far as fermented food is concerned but it's been around a long time. They sell it in the streets in some palces of EE and they used to in ukraine.

          most of the probiotic dairy based drinks run on two kinds of probiotics : lactobifidus and lactobacillus. You really want some deeper gains you gotta look into obscure cultured cheeses who have some fungal/microbial properties that cross blood brain barrier.

            i eat homemade unpasteurized cheeses all the time, never had any problem, cheese is based, just don't overdo it, eat a little bit every day, not massive amounts of "dead" cheese like the Americans do, real cheese is not the shit you eat in pizzas and burgers, you need unpasteurized stuff, in europe it's incredibly easy to find local cheeses, they are made traditionally by a lot of folks
