It's more about the chemical additives and oils they're using. A cheeseburger has excellent macros if made well, but you're not getting that sort of quality at McDonalds.

As a Dutchie, McDonald's is expensive. 6+ euros for a double quarter pounder. It seems KFC is better protein for less money.
