    If you don’t sweat, it’s not a workout.

    For real sweat has been the best stimulus indicator for me, not the pump, not the burn, sweat. Sweating indicates you will grow

    Make sure to ask the receptionist at your gym to fit you with a squat plug your size. You don't want to use one that's too small or you won't be able to use a proper Valsalva maneuver.

    Dont walk in front of someone doing a barbell exercise, wait for them to finish a set
    When you start to get calluses on your hand, when they get too big they can pinch against a bar and rip open. When you feel them start to pinch and pull against a bar, cut them flush with a razor blade, don't cut too much.
    If your benches are too slippery to get a good position on, stick a resistance band on the bench
    Chuck Taylors are bad quality now, try a wrestling shoe
    You literally don't need any supplements, a good diet covers everything
    Start watching OG Dragonball, one episode per training session. By the time you finish GT you will look like you should be in the show.
    Don't carry a bag with you around the gym, the clutter is annoying and you dont need anything that you cant carry
    Look up info about different types of barbells to make sure you are using the right thing. You don't want to be the butthole bench pressing with the only deadlift bar when someone actually planned to deadlift with it
    Roll the bar in the rack and watch the sleeve to see if the bar is bent
    When you finish your beginner program make sure to have some variety. Strong people get stronger when they do a little bodybuilding style training. Bodybuilders get bigger when they do some heavy stuff. Even the fattest strongmen do some form of cardio if they want to be good.
    Keep a pound of bacon in your freezer. When you get sick and don't want to eat, it's an easy way to get a lot of calories in
    Sleep and food are the most important, sumo wrestlers have as much muscle as some bodybuilders (but don't use that as an excuse to get fat)
    You can do pull ups daily and still recover from them, but movements that stress the low back will make you need more rest
    If your nose runs and you smell ammonia, you overdid the workout and should stop for the day
    Never do a pressing exercise without pinching your shoulder blades together
    The biggest roided out guys will probably help you for free if you ask them

        No idea, but everyone I have run into that experienced it was reaching a point of extreme fatigue in a workout and was getting sloppy with technique at that point

    Get a book on lifting/fitness. Probably something by lyle mcdonald will go the farthest for a natty. Don't rely on online resources very much the "meta" changes too much and there's too many crazy and vain people doing dumb things to really glean any deeper insight into it.

    Do 8 week programs. Do a one week deload/technique and form training.
    When doing all exercises that involve your arms, KEEP YOUR SHOULDERS Compressed down.
    You're back WONT GROW UNLESS you have some FIXED elbow exercises in your routine.
    Train your last set to failure and do partials.
    Time under tension in the elongated/stretched position is the most important key to muscle growth. Aim for 20 plus seconds of the set in that position and work your way up.

        What is there to elaborate? Do you not know what fixed means? If your doing a back exercise with a bent elbow, dont straighten it cuz then it becomes an arm exercise and takes the tension off the back. If the elbow joint is straight, keep it that way through the movement. You can't do that for every back exercise but there are some you can. It's okay to do both
