I'm on roids, are my lifts impressive?

I'm 5'8" and 215lbs, tryna cut down to 200. My roid cycle stack is currently1g/week Test-E, 400mg/week Tren, and 1.2g/week Equipoise. And 40mg/day of Anavar spread out over 2 pills a day. Pic related are my current PRs, I know they're not that impressive but am I on the right track? I work out 6x/week on a Push/Pull/Arms&Abs split and do MMA 6x/week too, and I've only restarted training since March 1st of this year. 3100 calories/day with 34/35/31 Carbs/Protein/Fat macros.

Also, will I see abs at 200lbs at my height (5'8") if I keep on getting stronger from this point? My shoulders are big after a pump and even on Pull days my chest is prominent after, but I have love handles and a gut still. I think I have a chance because I can currently plank with 70lbs on my back for 1 minute each set for 3 sets, and I'm getting stronger even as I lose weight.

I was down in weight to 208.5 on April 1st, and had Proficient instead of Intermediate even though my lifts were slightly lower. Feel like shit going back down to Intermediate level, but I cleaned up my diet again within the last 3 days.

    Seems pretty weak no offense

I wouldn't call anyone who can bench bodyweight or higher for 5+ reps weak, at that point you had to have trained and done so reasonably well and are progressing. Like 245 for 3 bench press isn't weak, it's mediocre at worst and decent when reasonably assessed. tbh feel like you're tryna troll and bring down in a subtle and more believable way than actually thinking I'm weak.

        >benching 245×3 at 215bw while on roids is not weak
        lmao, is this bait?
i benched more while being lighter, taller AND natty

I was put on bipolar meds after being misdiagnosed and lost all my strength as a result, I'm trying to get strong again like I was before natty.

    >started lifting march 1st this year
Why in gods name are you roiding this soon then? These are the numbers of someone who does calisthenics at home first time in the gym
    >abs at 200
More like 170 dude and thats pushing it, how are you so fat training twice a day?

I used to be a strong lifter and have lots of experience, but after a medical incident I lost all my strength and gains and got hypogonadism. Are the lifts really that bad? I was kinda impressed with myself. I guess I was comparing to the average male rather than the average lifting male, while disappointed I'm glad I posted here for context.

My goals are to get "Advanced" category on Symmetric Strength, so 280lb for 5 on Bench, 185lb for 5 OHP, and 230lbs for 5 Incline Bench at a weight of 215lbs or lower. Would that be impressive or should I aim higher? And can I reach those PRs within the next month based on my current progress?

Kek if you used to be strong then you should damn well know the answer to that (no)

I was strong before, but only natty. I thought it might be faster since I'm roiding, I've been adding 10lb 15lb weight on certain sessions when feeling good and done the reps no problem.

Bro I highly doubt that, seems like your only understanding of strength training is “lmao add 10lbs on a ppl split”. Even with roids I’m not sure anyone can hit their natty limit like that, but let us know if it works.

To be honest I’d worry about loosing the weight before hitting some vague internet numbers

"Exceptional" in your image says it's the genetic limit. I'm aiming 1 tier below that, the "Advanced" category.

Ok prove us wrong then I guess, but I’d still be surprised if you get those lifts with valid looking form tbh

i'll tell you right now advanced is not achievable as a natty. I am 26 and have been lifting since I was 14 and don't have an advanced. Now i am not sure if there is a way to cheese it by bulking or cutting or whatever, but it's incredibly unlikely if you are advanced you are natty, unless you do some meme lifts or have aid. I just don't see it happening especially if you just started at the ripe old age of 21 or something

If he's on roids he'll have abs at any weight, I'm a fat asd and still have a 4pacj

How much you can lift doesn't matter, unless you are a powerlifter or something.
All that matters is what you look like (free redpill).

This is true, but since I'm training MMA as well I want my muscles to be functional rather than purely aesthetic. Plus, the stronger you are proportional to your bodyweight the more likely you look buff and/or shredded.

Fair enough if you are doing a sport.
