    >looking worse is better than living more

I dunno about the "living more" thing, she looks pretty stressed and aged.
      >b-but muh BMI
being skinny doesn't protect from illness and aging, a healthy metabolism does.

She's stressed and aged from being fat for so long

She ain't gonna reverse that aging just by staying skinny.
She could be staying skinny by smoking a pack a day and running for 2 hours a day for all I know.

    >end up looking worse
She goes from fat and ugly to ugly. That's a net gain.

If you're not just posting a sneak architect thread, I would recommend collagen supplementation and microneedling for the face. Maybe consult a plastic surgeon before your weight loss journey to get your facial dimensions on file and go from there. If this is just an architect thread, I have no problem with that per se.

She clearly took copious amounts of drugs during her weight loss. That is the reason she looks fricked.
If you simply fix your diet and train excessively, you will look better.

I didn't give them shitty skin and collagen deficiency...I simply understand it
At around 27ish women should stay the same size or slowly plump, even if you don't enjoy them large like me, but to lose weight is the path of pure damnation

Just be younger than 30 years old really. If you're a man losing weight and lifting is the only viable endgame.

You're already ugly, but you can't help it. I don't forgive you for being gross too.

Holy shit not just her body but her face is 10x better on the left than right....she looks so soft and frickable on the left, i'd just bury my dick in her all night and wake up every morning with my face in between her crotch. the right just looks like a heroin hoe

You can prevent by keeping your metabolism up and focusing on putting on muscle instead of running your body to the ground with cardio.
Dairy, fruit and coffee are great diet foods, just make sure to keep the fats low.

cardio = high cortisol = aging
lifting = big muscles = high t = high metabolism

That's not a thing. You're not afraid of looking bad, you're lazy and looking for an excuse to stay fat. Put down the fork, fatty.

For you stretch marks you can derma roll them yourself and on top of that get laser treatment for them. Derma rolling can significantly reduce their appearance. Secondly, if you have loose skin afterwards but are young and don't have much loose skin fasting and time will make it disappear otherwise you just get skin removal. The fact is after you lose weight you will be much more attractive. Particularly if you then go from being slim/skinny to lean.

Btw how tall and fat are you?

Dry fast to lose weight so you don’t get saggy skin, reduced stretch marks, and look like you were never fat
