Yes homes should be able to be bought by individuals in need of housing ie families, fitizens, etc. Nearly everyone would buy a house if they could afford one. Don’t know how the car analogy works but people know that leasing is stupid why would anyone want to do that for a home? I don’t know anyone who likes their landlord. Rent is essentially a tax for being to poor to afford a down payment and a mortgage. Although it’s not the landlords fault, it’s really the conditions that allow them to exist and profit off the need for shelter.

I lift in a barely lit garage with poor ventilation and old secondhand weights. The neighbors will sometimes be right next to it with running motor cycles so I've taken to calling it the "Gas Chamber" or "Mass Chamber", depending on who I'm talking to.
