I'm so fricking tired of being fat.

I'm so fricking tired of being fat. I've been fat all my life and it's probably cost me so many chances with women. All my lifting just builds muscle. I still don't lose weight. What do I do?

I'm gonna be honest man. You are too stupid and lazy to ever get thin.

I have met so many fatties like this who say they're gonna lose weight, in reality they all stay fat and die of an heart attack in their 40s, 50s.

anon, I've not cut anything out of my diet but still loosely count calories and also get my steps in (a literal cheat code, do NOT neglect this), skip rope, lift, boxing, etc. and let me tell you that you're either bullshitting or not counting your calories efficiently.
        t. lost 100lbs so far

You are moronic. Hate to break it to you. Calorie deficits never work. You end up just killing your metabolism. You will constantly feel like shit. Your immune system will start to fail. Even if you manage to stick out the torture for a year or two and get to your ideal weight 90% of people gain all that weight back and more. Eating "regular" food is never an effective diet strategy. Going vegan is smarter than your dumb ass advice. CICO is fine in a lab, but in the real world it is provably the worse diet strategy. Hell even increasing your calorie intake has been shown to be more effective at losing weight.

I lost over 40kg by fasting for 4 months, my metabolism is fine and going back to normal once I start eating again.

yes my autistic friend technically fasting is a subcategorie of calorie deficit, but homone wise its not the same thing

Carnivore. Only eat meat. The only seasoning you can use is salt. Use butter or lard to cook your food. No vegetable oils, crisco, or margarine. Carnivore always works and it works fast. If you are exercising everyday you can easily lose 10lbs in your first week.

I'm skinner and more jacked than I was two years ago but overall I'm still a fat ass. Thought this would go a lot faster. My doc told me I might have sleep apnea which might be fricking up my fat loss though, so we'll see what they say when they get the results.

90% of this shit is diet. You cannot lose weight on exercise alone.
Get a calorie tracking app, map my run, and couch to couch to 5k. Running is how you get fit.

Calorie counting is gay your bmr depends on a daily basis how about punishment your bad habits of eating too much with exercise and you'll learn to love being skinny.

the point of calorie counting is to become more conscious about how much you are eating, people are ignorant about how caloric certain foods are so they might "go on a diet" and still eat too much or they might go on a way too big deficit and give up after a week. After a couple of months of calorie counting you should have gained the necessary awareness and you can stop doing it, unless keeping a written diary of your diet helps you stay disciplined of course

Eat less. Buy a scale, weight out and log everything on cronometer.
Don't go above 2000 calories/day [and eat a good amount of protein]

Just be consistent. I was 220lbs with noticeable stomach.
All i did was go ona bicycle and cycled 1 hour every workday.
After about 2 weeks resistance my body said - ok, frick it- and my fat reduced quite rapidly after that.
You need to curb up your methabolism and it can be done solely by consistency.
Exclude worst foods like sugars from diet but dont suddenly work out and stop eating. You wont have any energy.
    First work out.
    Then adjust diet.
You can lose sugsrs like today tho.
Stop drinking alco and smoking weed!

Just keep doing and reaults will come. Try to push yourself evry now and then over the edge, i.e. bike or run more than comfortable.

Once your methabolism is going faster, id suggest to do 2 cardio days per week + 1 weightlifting and eventually 2 weightlifting days.

Set clear goals, like loss of 20lbs in 3 months.
    Set clear routine.
    Be consistent.
After your goal date comes, have a week off.
    Then set new aim.

Good luck, fatty, its all a mental game and you just need to do when brain whines the most.
