      Add more weight, ignore form, it doesn't matter if you half rep or quarter rep. You will get stronger. Once you reach a decent weight stop and gradually fix your form. Also roids

      If you take steroids, will people be able to tell? I just want to have average looking arms. I'm skinny so I have a long way to go to achieve arms that most people are born with. The only thing stopping me is I don't know how I'll look if I take steroids--will I be all veiny?

    Used to struggle with 70kg, now im at 100kg for 3, but 90 as my working set.

    >Push yourself, aim for 5 reps of 80kg.

    dips, pushups, ohp, tricep pushdown and tricep overhead extensions
    also heavy pendelay barbell rows, bent over (as much as possible, not below 90°) barbell rows, pullups and pullover

    Switch it up, move to something like 5x5 and start gradually LP-ing from there. The only way you'll ever reach heavier weight is by....putting more weight on the bar.
