      I weigh 185 lb and I'm 6 ft 2 and I swear to God I'll never go another bulk ever for as long as I did at least.

      I think it's possible to build muscle without bulking. Yes I want to live for aesthetics but becoming a big fat ass for 2 lb of muscle is something I'm not going to do.

        A proper bulk will have you gaining .5 pounds every week. Any amount over that is 100% fat.

          The thing is I'm not autistic I work a fricking job and taking a measuring scale and calculating all the calories carbs and fats with every meal is to time-consuming and expensive.

          I just loaded up on calories and carbs through Little Debbie's and honey buns. 7 to 10 lb to lose and I've only gained about no more than 2 lb of lean mass on the generous side of things. I don't think controlled structured bulking is going to be much better I much rather do sporadic burst of high calories without putting on much fat and gain mass in a slower way than bulking which is a fricking moronic experiment I regret

            I think partially these bodybuilders develop so many mental health issues and so many health problems are because of these very limited diets. At no point in history was a human's diet so limited by choice than with these bodybuilders

      Your love handles are your biggest asset

      you need to cut, you're not super high BF since you can see top two abs but you seem to store a lot of fat in your love handles/lower stomach. Cut down to 10% or so and you will look good, getting rid of that fat in those areas will accentuate V taper

      Neck other than shrugs is hard to do. My delts are actually fairly developed and I think as I lose the fat I feel appear more prominent.

      My lats and traps aren't awful. Definitely aren't wings, but certainly not underdeveloped.

      Hardly any. I also consumed several protein shakes and followed the 1.1 ratio grams/pounds

      I've had 3 personal trainers that I spoke to dieting about none told me about blood glucose level that are high fricking up protein synthesis by pretty much eating up all the protein for it to be processed by the body. I had to find out myself. I fricking hate personal trainers provided by the gym
