ima keep it a buck for you frickers, I want to cut a couple pounds before cosplaying as baki at a con just enough to really make the veins pop, I'm already fairly lean maybe around 13% at 94kg so I just need so skim the top off and ill be satisfied, I'm thinking a 3-7 day OMAD leading up to the day of the event and cardio daily should be enough, is this a good strategy for small goal short term weight loss? also adding in ECA + nicotine a couple days beforehand

    start eca now. alternate lifting and 1h zone 2 cardio sessions. high protein, high carb, minimal fat.

        you can lose 10lbs a month easy like this. get 0 sugar monsters and use that as your caffeine with your ephedrine. aspirin is optional but helps a little. take theanine if you want to take a little edge off the ephedrine.

          using a higher dose of pseudo since I cant get the real deal easily in my country so this is a non issue, thanks for the tips though

          Why don't you just look up how bodybuilders peak for a show, it's basically what you want to do anyway

          there's a lot of hyperspecific talk regarding sodium intake and carb loading and the such and i'd rather just keep it fairly simple

            good luck. how long do you plan on cutting? 2 months at about 1600 calories/day is about all I can handle, but I'm 20 lbs lighter afterwards. Am doing a final eca cut in June 🙂

              thanks, not long at all just under 2 weeks, I'm already lean enough to where hoes just seek out your dick so not much point in killing myself dropping numbers, especially when I'm currently making great progress in terms of lifting numbers, I can taste the 4pl8 squat at this point. Jesus 1600 a day sounds miserable, it does pay off when you catch yourself in the mirror when that lighting hits too, godspeed

            You dont need to carb load your diet JUST for cardio. Simply drink a sports drink 30 minutes before doing it.

      dry fasting when I'm taking an ECA stack seems like a very bad idea tbh, I do like where your going with the carb loading and alcohol angle though
