imagine being a bodybuilder lmao.

imagine being a bodybuilder lmao.

you could literally learn how to kill a grown up man, but no you would rather have big juicy legs.
you literally stare at naked man and say things like " uwu his chest looks so good." instead of fighting people.

any 5'4 boxer manlet could kill any of you if he chooses to.

it literally is, youre building up your body by moving weights. bodybuilding happens outside of social media or looking like an ifbb pro too

To be a bodybuilder you need the specific goal of doing it to look good.
If you lift weights with the main goal of getting stronger or be a better fighter it's literally not bodybuilding.

I would argue that weightlifting is more separate from body building. While both utilize resistance training, they have vastly different approaches and goals. Body building is for the goal of aesthetics specifically. Other facets of weightlifting like oly or resistance training for fighting or for other sports are specifically to increase functionality, strength or explosiveness of a movement. Bodybuilding is the furthest removed from all other resistance trainings, but at least in it’s not powershitting

he also had the genetics of ronny coleman. So... could've been much bigger if he DID lift weights.

The real redpill is getting into fights with various bullying scum both in middle and high school before you even actually touch a barbell. I used to larp as WWE wrestlers with my bros back in middle school except we would actually apply damage and hit each other with chairs, this combined with real confrontations has put my fight iq to a near instinctual state.

First of all there is nothing gayer than doing MMA as a hobby
Second of all what sort of life do you lead where you're getting into fights on a fortnightly basis?
Third of all why would you learn how to hit good (in a very controlled ruleset) when you could just learn how to use a gun?

You only need to have minimal training to be able to beat 99.9% of guys on the street, and the remaining 0.1% you will have to work your ass off and endure significant brain damage for, it makes more sense to just train for a shorter period for basic technique and fighting sense, and keep your cardio in great shape. Also wanting to fight on the street is for morons, I would literally just run away, or if i don’t have the ability to run, dodge punches until the person gets gassed out. Im not going to fight back only for the dude or his friend to pull out a gun and shoot me or later get arrested because of some stupid law. Most people who train a decent bit in combat sports learn fighting outside a controlled environment is extremely stupid and only people with nothing to lose do it.

For me it's 2x a week lifting, 2x a week biking, and 2x a week muay thai training, after 2 years of exclusively training muay thai
