    The problem I have with deadshitters is that it takes an extra 30-45 minutes on top of your deadshitting to do some other lifts that will actually make you look good. It comes down to a case of "Why not".
    That being said, I truly don't understand how someone can be lifting that long and look like that

    Stay away from powerlifting, 3x week routines and basically do the oposite of what /ft/ does and you will be fine.
