Bruh, make your own. I just made a butternut squash and leek lasagna, homemade noodles and everything. Worst component was the bechamel but knowing what went into it also helped keep the portions small as I was eating it. Definitely not IST tho.
>most of these stupid fricks how on calorie deficits while still keeping the same shitty source of calories and low-nutrition diets
best way to do it
eating slightly less of foods you like is easier than having to give it up forever

I just make sure to get at least 150g of protein and eat under 2000kcal and that's that, so far weight loss is going fine.
>he literally just stops gobbling junk and overeating empty calories he will be fine
probably not even that. just needs to stop drowning those empty calories in a lake of ranch, or ketchup, or cheese dip, or syrup or whatever else. hes ngmi
i'm not the guy that you responded to but i used to go to planet fitness.
it's not bad, it's about $10/month for a membership. the gym itself smells like a sweaty ballsack and a lot of homeless use the gym to shower because the membership is so cheap. the gym provides a bunch of shitty points on the regular like greasy pizza and bagels with ridiculous amounts of cream cheese. their dumbells only go up to 80lbs. they got this gay alarm called, the "lunk alarm" that rings if you slam weights - the main purpose is to discourage heavy lifting. overall the gym itself it directed to people who seem to want to workout for the sake of working out and not necessarily achieve anything. one thing that's bullshit is they want to withdraw the membership fee directly from your bank account as oppose to a credit card or debit card. they also require you to cancel your membership in-person at the store. i know one person who's location closed down but the membership didn't cancel and he kept getting $10 withdrawn every month. took him a few months to get that sorted out.
>they require you to cancel in person at the store
most chain gyms are like this, mine requires the same bullshit, or a handwritten letter and multiple phone calls, and even then they might deny your request
>free high calorie food >cheap monthly membership for showering/brushing and changing
This place is great for being homeless, unironically knew people at work who did this while they lived in their car, its great for that. Weird how a $10 gym can provide better homeless services than a homeless shelter that receives 3.5k monthly for every homeless person it houses. Its alright if you're homeless and just starting to lift, but long term you should eventually switch to a gym with a real squat rack and bench press, so you aren't forced to smith machine it to 1plate before they kick you out.
There's a rather fat guy I saw on my feed where he was proud of regaining the ability to get up off the floor using only his body.
Then he posted his gym progress and he was lateral raising 40lbs—not perfect ROM but a whole hell of a lot better than how ego lifters do them.
I think he's losing weight, looks like it, and I'm hopeful he achieves his weight loss goal. If anyone knows who I'm talking about I'd like to see how his progress is going.
I thought that was boogie
lame
Going to the gym is super easy. Enduring months and years of long dieting is not. This guy is most likely NGMI.
Incorrect because we are in fact all gonna make it
he doesn't need to "diet"
if he literally just stops gobbling junk and overeating empty calories he will be fine
most of these stupid fricks how on calorie deficits while still keeping the same shitty source of calories and low-nutrition diets
most of you dont need a "diet"
you need high-nutrition whole foods
but youd rather eat your goyslopp and trust the labels
diets are literally scams, just eat healthy and the weight will come off
But I love Lasagna

I wanna stick your toes in my mouth and violently slurp them

dieting is easy you fat idiot
I was gonna wish him luck, but i changed my mind
Cracker forgot about kwanzaa
He has the correct attitude and outlook, but Planet Fatness is the wrong gym.
someone dm him and tell him to leave planet fitness. that place is literally designed to be a drowning pool and take your cash.
Whats wrong with planet fitness? (Dont have it where i live)
i'm not the guy that you responded to but i used to go to planet fitness.
