    I've been thinking about this for five minutes, my first thought was just increased intake of citrus fruits, like grapefruits and oranges, but vitamin C is a small part of a much bigger picture; it's really just one of many antioxidants that gained a massive reputation thanks to a quack in the mid 20th century called Linus Pauling. So, really, you want a diversity of antioxidants, so you want to eat loads of berries, and fruits and vegetables more generally.

    But then "immunity" is a pretty broad term, whereas the immune system seems more specific. You want to prevent mineral loss and atrophy too - the musculoskeletal system. You want skin integrity - the integumentary system. And, of course, you want to maximise immunity against the most common killer, so you certainly want to maximise your cardiovascular system.

    So, considering all that, my answer to your question is to read the sticky.

    Zinc is way more important than Vitamin C for your immune system, so take that.
    What weakens your immune system in winter is the constant change from warm to cold environments. Make your body get used to that before winter comes. Go to the Sauna, take icebaths, cold showers, etc... Also google Wim Hof.
