I did this for years when I was young while also pasty as shit from never going outside, so my skin turned orange. Looked like shit tbh.

Women on TikTok are intentionally doing this to improve skin undertone colour. You’ll look more healthy by doing it.

astaxanthin and lycopene produce better undertone color than beta carotene though

rosey glow vs oompa loompa orange

astaxanthin from a supplement (picrel is the best brand) or a metric frick ton of salmon

I was carrotmaxxing literally my entire adult life. Switched to sweet potatoes last year. Contain even more of everything that makes carrots good and more ways to cook them up. I basically fry up sweet potato hash browns to have daily with my lunch. Shit's delicious. Do them in olive oil with a seasoning of your choice. You'll never go back laddy.

Pic related, my skin before I started sweetmaxxing.

this is correct is moronic and knows nothing about vitamin A. By his own standard he should kill himself, because

carrots and sweet potatoes don't have any vitamin a

            is right

Carrot anon is correct, but the difference in Vitamin A is not even 2000IU per 100g serving. Sweet botatoes are much tastier and more versatile.
